This was my first visit to Absolute Chiropractic and I would like to relate my experience. The first visit always entails filling out paperwork, and this was no different. After filling out the paperwork, it was a short wait until I was taken back to an exam room. Dr. Robinson referred to the forms and questions I filled out to ask me specific questions about my medical history. He was patient and zeroed in on specific areas of concern. This process took 20-25 minutes. I did not feel rushed in any way and was impressed with Dr. Robinson's probing questions and knowledge. Next was the Chiropractic adjustment. I had not realized how tight my neck and shoulders were, and especially my lower back. After the adjustment, I was guided to the front to undergo a TENS electrical stimulation that helped calm down my back muscles from the adjustment. I was very impressed with the professionalism and kindness of Dr. Robinson and the welcoming demeanor of his entire staff. To top it off, Dr. Robinson texted me the next day to see how I was doing and to ask if I had any questions. Wow! When was the last time you were contacted at home by any doctor? I recently moved from Rio Rancho where I was under the care of Dr. Robinson. I came to Dr. Robinson with a painful condition called "frozen shoulder". Essentially I had lost nearly all my normal range of motion in my right arm and when my arm extended beyond the limited range enormous pain rushed through my entire body bringing me to tears. After only 3 months of bi-weekly treatments I experienced marked improvements and after 6 months I am happy to state that I gained all of my arms functionality back. Treatment was not pain free but the alternative was an expensive operation and I would very likely have permanently lost some range of motion as well as rehabilitation and post operating down time that I could not afford. Absolute Chiropractic is by far the best of the best in chiropractic care!!! I am walking independently today because of Dr. Robinson and his excellent care. He really knows what a patient needs and how to get the body positively working again. Jordan and Debra complete the office and add to every aspect of a positive experience and healing treatment. After my primary doctor suggested a massage and wasn't interested in exploring my painful back issues, I made an appointment at Absolute Chiropractic. I didn't know what to expect as I've never had chiropractic treatment before. Turns out this has been a life changing decision. Dr. Robinson ex rayed my back and advised me that I have Scoliosis', a curvature of the spine. He created a treatment plan that has in just 2 months made it possible for me to take a shower, walk the big stores and get my life back. He didn't over promise. He said he couldn't put everything back together but he could help me with my issue. It's working. Both of his lady assistants are upbeat, friendly and very efficient. Dr. Robinson and his office staff have been wonderful. I went in with a pain in my left hip that I had for several years. I had been to other chiropractors who seemed to want to see me every week with just an adjustment. He took an x-ray, and determined after the exam that I needed a lift in my right shoe. What a difference! So simple a solution. I still go for adjustments, but the problem I originally had has been solved. Great care! Great office staff No bells and whistles... I've had close people comment that they want more.... They wonder how you can be diagnosed with just four steps in place?? ..... it works! I'm healthier! I have pictures and reports to prove it. I've been going for over 7 years. Also, Dr Robinson has helped me with sinus infection, carpel tunnel and I've used the deep tissue vibrating machine and laser to regain total use of my left arm that was frozen at the shoulder and painful. I've been coming to Absolute Chiropractic a little over 2 years now. While its been a long time, Dr. Robinson has helped me tremendously. I went for my usual every other week visit and Dr. Robinson was away for a few weeks and had his associate there. I forget her name but she is just as awesome as Dr. Robinson is. Dr. Robinson is the best chiropractor in town. After trying many other places, I was grateful to find him. When my masseuse and my pain doctor both told me they were patients of his, I knew he would be great. He has helped me before and after back surgery, and now with two foot surgeries. When I first came to Dr. Robinson I could barely walk, with severe sciatica and spine issues. Dr. Robinson helped me with a sore neck and hip that I get as a result of scoliosis. He not only performed a traditional "adjustment", but he took the time to do therapy on the surrounding tissues. Dr. Robinson is gentle, professional, and seems to have a deep understanding of the underlying causes of pain and disease. He is easy to talk to and relates well to children. I stopped going in early 2020 when COVID was ramping up everywhere. Big mistake. Back issues returned. This prodigal son returned yesterday, with a sore and swollen lower back. Dr. Robinson, as usual, spotted the problem and took corrective actions. The pain subsided substantially and quickly. I feel better than I have in quite some time. Dr. Robinson is an awesome doctor, and I would definitely recommend his services to the public. I have been to practice for Carpal Tunnel issues, and most recently for a Sprain/strain, and each time I have been very satisfied not only with his techniques, but also his professionalism. I have a lot of spinal issues, many of which are congenital, but I've never had one that Dr Robinson couldn't handle. The depth of his expertise amazes me.
