He quoted my chimney repair as a 3-day job, but the project quickly became disorganized. Different workers showed up almost every day, they often arrived without the proper tools or materials, and work was repeatedly delayed. At one point, Bob even had to borrow a ladder from a neighbor, and he left concrete debris along the side of my yard. The most serious issue was that Bob caused significant damage to my home by stepping through the ceiling in my foster children's room. Instead of being upfront, he initially misrepresented where the damage was so I wouldn't notice. Since April 2026, he has repeatedly promised to repair the damage and "gave his word" multiple times, but he has failed to follow through. After weeks of missed appointments and excuses, he finally returned only to say he was overwhelmed and needed someone else to help fix the damage he caused. At this point, I simply want the ceiling repaired properly or a refund so I can hire someone else to fix the damage. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Bob's services. Bob, there is no need to lie about anything. Also, using your mother's account still is unprofessional. But since I am "lying" let me attach some proof you cannot deny as well as the message you sent in response to my yelp review, which wasn't very professional I may add. Over time, a strange issue developed--a small hole appeared in the middle of the driveway and expanded into a 4-inch-long tunnel. After consulting several people, the consensus was that it might have been caused by a collapsed chipmunk tunnel beneath the surface. As the hole grew and became a safety concern, I contacted multiple companies for quotes. I ultimately chose Pave Star because they seemed the most knowledgeable and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction--and I'm thrilled with the results! The team cut out a larger rectangular section around the affected area and repaired it meticulously. While any driveway patch will always be somewhat noticeable, their work is exceptional. The rectangle is perfectly straight, the patch is level with the rest of the driveway, and they took great care in tamping down the filler materials to ensure durability.
