The store is nicely arranged, shelves stay neat and well-stocked, and they offer so many products that you don't see anywhere else. Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Most items are priced at a premium but, they are premium products, There are often good sales and a lot of items are fairly reasonable. The ladies' room could usually use a little attention and/or something in it is often broken, but I appreciate the fact that they have public restrooms available. During the pandemic when we could not enter our App student's dorm and many restaurants were closed, I'm not sure where else we might have been able to visit after driving up the mountain, and to me that is more important!! They always have a lovely selection of plants and fresh flowers at the front of the store to greet you, these made a lovely gift for our student after dance performances.
