Ask for manager (Kathryn) who will not honor the advertised BOGO offer. She acknowledges the BOGO sign and what BOGO means. And that the sign is wrong but she will not honor it. Nor will she take down the false advertisement. Of allow me to do so. Any store that knowingly posts a false advertisement (and refuses to correct it) deserves a full-blown boycott.

Ended up having to turn around and return the animal I had just bought because it bit me and a friend super hard and wouldn't let go. A very nice staff member said that it was absolutely okay, but another staff member was a bit rude about it, saying that "They are bite-y animals. Maybe you should get a different kind of animal if you can't handle being bitten." Which doesn't sound quite that rude at first glance, but their tone was unsettling and seemed odd considering I'd had this animal before many times, I'm well experienced and know that this behavior in this type of animal (especially as an adult) is unusual. I wanted to enjoy my experience here, I was refunded but this place is selling animals that have no business being there, passing them off as "babies with unformed personalities" (WHEN THEY ARE GROWN ANIMALS) and then shaming you when you return them for completely valid issues. Another thing that is concerning is their rule that "Customers aren't allowed to hold the animals on the premises, after purchase, when they are off of the property, then they can." Which is dumb, they know what they are doing, they know that no one will buy them if they know how the animals actually act.

When we got there, they got her back fairly quickly. The vet tech's energy was so kind and calm, despite being a very anxious husky, scared, and in pain, our dog let her pick her up and carry her back to get started. She HATES being picked up. That was VERY telling. Both the vet tech and the vet were incredibly reassuring while being honest and informative. They drew up two different treatment plans and walked us through both so we could make an informed decision and factor in our budget and our dog's needs. When we picked her up, the aftercare instructions were clear and very informative, no guessing. They even cleaned my dog up the best they could without hurting her. She came home smelling better than she did when we picked her up from the spay! The fact that they took the time to tidy up her legs, paws, and tail, even though it wasn't required is telling. You can tell they babied her, loved on her, and took amazing care of her. While I hope to never need them again, if our pets were in need, we wouldn't hesitate to go back. It was pricey, but it's emergency veterinary care in the middle of the night, and well worth the money, in my opinion.

His charming personality and loving ways as enriched our lives so much! We have always had Goldens in and St. Bernards in our lives. So we still have our Golden but "downsized" to our Brownie G. Now we feel the same way about Berners. As we have always had large dogs we have long known the potential for health and joint conditions that may arise. We have lost three of our dogs to cancer. We have just always figured you can have the best of pedigree lineage and unfortunately it still happens. I was very nervous about having a 8 week old puppy flown in 110 degree weather so she had someone drive him. When he arrived their car wreaked of cigarette smoke. The poor puppy felt skinny and I immediately fed him. He is cute, but has had the runs since I got him. Fast forward three weeks later I take him to the vet and he has Giardia. Now the paperwork her vet sent said he had it and was treated which is bullshit! Its a two week treatment according to my vet, which I am still giving him to this day. I emailed her that it cost me 217.00 for the visit and meds (she asked what kind the Dr gave him) I never heard back from her. The puppy is smart, and my other dog plays with him a lot, which is why I got him. I spent a lot of my hard earned money and didn't deserve a sick puppy! Doing more research, she breeds many different kinds of dogs. I am saddened it will cost even more to get him completely healthy. I have owned three Westie's throughput my life, without any problems.

When asked why he would not see him he tried to redirect the question and would not give us an answer. My dog was loosing an immense amount of blood and it was expressed multiple times we could not find any other care. When we asked what to do next the he told us that he should be fine if we just wrapped it up for the night or take him all the way to Nashville. If I had not gotten help from the local Humane Society my sweet Dallas would not be here today.
