First time visit. It was not very busy for lunch on a Saturday. Nice Asian lady behind counter serving food. Bought the 2 entrée meal for $8.09. I have never had Pineapple Chicken and it was delicious, as well as, the Orange Chicken. Did not like the fried rice. It was very dry. The chow mein was good, but nothing special. Also bought the canned Arizona tea. No dining inside, but they do have a few tables set up outside. read more

This place was the bomb! They give huge portions. I had the char siu pork and it was fall apart tender! We also had the Hawaiian combo bbq chicken, katsu and kalbi. All delicious! The employees here are so incredibly rude!! I am a vegetarian and asked the lady working behind the counter if they had tofu and she had she rolled her eyes and told me only for special orders and that I would have to purchase a large amount for them to make it. I was contemplating if I wanted it or not and she started raising her voice shouting at my partner and I telling us to hurry up and to make up our mind until we finally decided to leave without receiving our food. Notice how everyone comments on how good the Boba is. If it wasn't for that, the place would probably go out of business. It doesn't exactly have the freshest food like some other chinese food chains. You can definitely tell the food has been sitting there a bit. When I ordered, I got the 2 item deal but I didn't watch the lady scoop my items because I was also ordering a Boba drink from the other lady. When I got to the table and opened my container I had the same item as my 2 items. When I approached the counter to ask if she gave me 2 different items she says yes I did. Clearly we were looking at the same item but she claimed they were different, how do you argue that? I just said never mind & when back to the table. What is wrong with people in Hemet? How do they consider this "good" Chinese food? Maybe I've been spoiled with other great Chinese places in the past, but honestly, I'd easily choose Panda Express over this place. And I REALLY wanted to like this place, as it's closer to where I live. Very little flavor to the orange chicken (more of a honey chicken), and the quality of the chicken was mediocre at best. I really just walked away from this place feeling like I should've just gone the extra 5-10 minutes and got Panda Express and got something that was far better quality for less money. I wouldn't say that it was an "avoid like the plague" place, but definitely don't bother. read more

Let me begin by saying this is 4 stars but sadly not due to the food. The food taste wise is pretty standard, and the freshness of course depends on their volume of customers. But they have a few gems that I enjoy, jalapeño chicken, being one of them. But the main reason for such a high rating is due to the service. A few people say it's lacking and terrible, but I've been there a few times myself and it's always been outstanding. They even offered my aunt a cup of water because she had coughed a few times. They were friendly to me and my family on multiple occasions. Maybe I'm just lucky? Who knows, hopefully others will have the same experience I have had, which was all around real nice. There is another Chinese food joint I used to frequent a lot in San Jacinto, this one is much closer to home and a decent substitute, although the prices aren't too competitive, still around the same as most joints around. I was totally bummed out about this place. There used to be a Hawaiian/Chinese restaurant here before and I don't remember what it was called but it wasn't that great. They just recently opened under a new name but it looks like the same food. They are definitely trying to rip off another chain Chinese place but it's not near as good. We got coupons in the mail and the food looked so good in the pictures!! Damn it. We ordered the chicken katsu plate (my fave) and fried rice, chow mein and orange chicken. The chicken katsu was barely warm, the mac salad was soupy and it should not taste like that. The only thing decent was the white rice. The orange chicken was weird tasting as well as the chow mein. Just had a funky flavor to it. The price was pretty decent but you obviously get what you pay for. They have boba here but I don't know how good that will be. Customer service is really lacking too. Doubt this establishment will last. They do have two other locations in San Jacinto and Banning so they must be doing something right . I live down the street from this place so I can honestly say it's an awesome idea I have a Chinese food restaurant at this location because there is not one very close to here. They have really great Thai iced tea and from what I heard their other bobas are great too. From the meats I have tried I have not liked to many, but if I had to recommend anything it would be the jalapeño chicken which is actually really good. I like this place. Their Jalapeno Chicken is really good, the perfect mix of sweet and spicy with that great little crunch. The teriyaki chicken is good as well. Mom and I come here often. The boy and the baby like it too! The ladies at the counter are always very sweet, if not a little nosy. I think they are just trying build rapport with their customers. I have to completely disagree with the last review. The food was amazing and the customer service was fantastic. The girls working up front are really sweet and quite friendly. The owners are authentically Chinese, so I'm rather sure they're not trying to rip anyone off. I ordered the Mahi Mahi, along with a Combo B (half and half with orange chicken and bbq pork). I'm not a big fan of Macaroni Salad and subbed it in for Chow Mein instead. I enjoyed the food overall and I thought the orange chicken/chow mein was amazing. I also ordered a few boba drinks for my kids too, and it's pretty good! The taro and strawberry are my favorite. I will return! read more

I'm so sad I've been to this place before about two years ago and it was great. I visited once again and it was not 5 star as it would have been before. (Figure sort of speech) the worst part was the attitude of the workers there it was so nasty! It was ugly. I'm sad to leave a bad review but the Asian lady older age maybe 45 had such a bad attitude. If she doesn't want to work there then quit lady! I hope a manager reads this. We got to the cashier and she said oh.... I forgot to charge your soup, and then I told her did you charge my chowmein she said oh.... no and dragged her attitude she was so negative and did not want to be there. I hate that I told her to her face that's a nasty attitude you have. I won't ever return here. The food was ok, it was cold you can tell it was sitting there for a while. The orange chicken was really hard, and I got the last bits of it they don't make you a new Batch. Point it get rid of her.
