My children and I love this place! My favorite is the Shrimp and Veggies. The food is always really good and the service good as well.

If I could give them a 0 I would. The lady here was extremely rude to my boyfriend and I when we asked for specific things. He asked for white rice and she shoveled in fried rice. I asked for one veggie egg roll and one chicken. She began to yell at me that I have to get 2 veggie egg rolls. One: yelling at your customers is not okay. Two: the poor new girl you are training looked terrified when you did this. Makes you wonder if she is going to stay much longer. When I asked you for a large drink you charged me for a large but proceeded to give me a smaller cup. I told you no, the large. You rolled your eyes at me, put the smaller one back and gave me the bigger one with attitude. The food was horrible on top of it. The staff is really rude. No personality, the girl behind the counter was on her phone didn't even acknowledge us. The guy who served us was short with us and once i paid he took long to put our order together and once he finally had the food in the bag he decides to just toss the bag at me. Worst food, worst service... lady behind the counter was totally rude. Told my husband his BBQ chicken would be 4 minutes, then 7 minutes, then 15 minutes.. then said she didn't know how long it would be. Disappointed. We would always come here and the service was okay but the food was usually always good. Today, we unfortunately got the bottom of the orange chicken that appeared to be sitting for a while. Also, when asking for the teriyaki chicken, the lady didn't chop it up right. The whole chicken was still connected. When I asked her to cut the pieces so they are completely sliced, she said she would give me a knife so I could do it. I gave the orange chicken a chance and upon first bite, it tastes stale and not like usual. I asked if they could get me a new batch and they said they could not do that. IF THERE IS A NEGATIVE STAR. THAT WOULD BE MY RATING!!! Very Bad Customer Service!!! Had dinner at this place and the food server just have a bad attitude. We are a party of six and we ordered 3 combo items that we shared. Was asking 6 disposable plates in a very polite manner and this server stated in an irritated voice-- i can only have 2 plates and be charged if i asked for more. I told then to charge me which i think she did not. After a few minutes my dad asked for 6 disposable cups for water and this server made a comment in a loud manner " THAT IS TOO MUCH" she implied. At that point i was so irritated that just to give 1 cup and will just drink our water at home. I'm with my 2 kids, my wife and my parents. That lady behind the counter is just disgusting and irritating. i never argued after that because it will be just a waste of time. So if you ever think to eat at this place be prepared to bring your own disposable cups and plates if you are a party of more than 2 persons. Good Chinese and Hawiann food. Very consistent. Hawiann food is a little pricey especially the macaroni salad. The owner has raised the price because it's popular. Not the best time to raise the price. Keep them coming for more. Since the price increase, I haven't been going that often. For Chinese, This IS the Place! So much FOOD & unique Choices, including my favorite, Jalapeno Chicken! Sweet, not too Spicy, but leaves a tasty 'Tang' after each bite! I like how crispy the chicken (orange and sweet and sour) is and the chow mein and fried rice are excellent. The sweet and sour is superior to the other Chinese restaurants in the area. The wonton soup is pretty good. The girls are pretty nice although can sometimes seem in a hurry when there is no rush, and don't seem to give consistent "extra charges" sometimes charging more one day than the next for the same thing. The food is really good. I've never had a problem with portions maybe because each time I've been here the same young girl behind the counter has helped us. Service was a little slow, but we got helped eventually. I got the chicken katsu. Pretty pricy. The macaroni salad was a little greasy for my taste, but the chicken katsu itself was pretty good. Great prices - 3-item combo from the steam trays is only $6.99, 2-item is $5.99. Their chicken seems good quality, their teriyaki/barbecue chicken is really good. They also have BBQ pork, which is nice since Panda Express stopped selling it. They have 2 kinds of noodles that you can get instead of fried rice, or half and half. Also I love their boba drinks, their large boba milk tea is about $2.99 and is so flavorful and good! I add extra water to it when I get home to split the large into 2 drinks, cuz there's a lot of sweetness in it, and also something like a hint of chocolate. Boba is nice and chewy. So yummy!!! Their smoothies are good I'm sure, but kinda pricy cuz a large is like $3.79 plus you have to pay $0.60 extra for boba. I see lots of people buying smoothie drinks without boba from them. They have all the good flavors like mango, green tea, strawberry, avocado, taro, etc. Probably the best place in Hemet to get boba drinks. Haven't tried the hawaiian food yet. Food here is hit or miss. I mainly stick to the Jalapeño chicken(their other entrées don't entice me) but I always ask for a sample before ordering to make sure it's good. People complain about how rude the servers are but all of them treat me fine. Sometimes they seem distracted but I treat them nicely and get the same in return. I went at 6 pm which is suppose to be dinner time? They were out of a lot of things and what was there look dried up. so i decided on just getting some steamed rice and Chicken rolls. The steamed rice was so dry! The Chicken Egg Rolls (GROSS and GREASY) found a lot of grissel in them also and tasted burnt. next time I will know better and stick with my Usual place. I've been to quite a few Chinese restaurants, and this one is exceptional -- to say the least. The staff are not only friendly, but also try their best to ensure that you enjoy your meal to the fullest. What's more, this restaurant also serves Hawaiian-style food; so if you're frequenting this place often (like me), there's always something new to try. Also, the smoothies/slushies are simply fantastic! If you do decide to try one of those beverages, be sure to ask for 'bobas'; you won't regret it. Had lunch there first time ever. I walk up to counter and I get a blunt "what do you want?" with an attitude... I said "I'll have the "c" combo (3 item).. I get an "ok what?" I tell her the orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken and beef and broccoli. I then get a "Really?" with another attitude. I also ordered 2 veggie rolls and a bag of fortune cookies. $14 total....I then ask for chopsticks (which I have used most of my life (52yrs) and she tilts her head with a "Really? " attitude. slams the chopsticks in my hand, the bags my food to go (problem is I told her it was for here.. she said "you will need bag you will not finish it, take to table you will be fine" I go to a table where my friends are, and unbag my stuff, I am watching my other friend order and he is getting same attitude from the other girl... As I start to eat.. The Sweet and sour chicken as well as the orange chicken are cold in the center, the chow mien and fried rice are room temp. And as my friend behind me finished his order and sitting was complaining to the table about their attitude to him, then both girls working their and the guy cook were staring us (5 people ) down and yelling in Chinese and pointing at us.....we could tell they were not happy thoughts towards us... So needless to say it was not a pleasant experience AT ALL !!! The food was meh... okay, but the young lady behind the counter is very rude and does not know how to take orders when i clearly said 2 orders of combo A and 2 orders of combo B and yet she gave me a mongolian beef and claimed that that's what i said. She argued with me about my order instead of being polite and change it to what i ordered. As a Costumer Service, never argue with your costumers. Costumers are always right. Oh don't forget the fountain drinks are so flat and they don't even bothered changing and still sell them to costumers. Even the cook who was getting drink while we were eating there asked the lady behind the counter if she knows how to change it. Her answer was "NO". WoW! as an employee of a restuarant, they should know all the duties. "clean and refill the darn fountain drink dispenser". when it's not too busy... clean the tables. She did not even apologized and instead she told me to tell her what i want because she does not need to be yelled at. who wouldn't get mad if you are arguing with your costumer and still insisting the costumer was wrong when you know clearly what you said.
