It breaks my heart to have to write this, because I've been going to this pharmacy for years. But the last three times I've gone in to fill my prescriptions, they were either the wrong dosage, only partially filled, or completely out. This last time I went in, I worked until 5:30p and was leaving town early the next day, so I was hoping to grab my prescription before they closed. Not only was the dosage wrong, they didn't even have the right medication on hand. The lady who helped me was extremely rude to me and unwilling to help me out; she even made a very rude comment about me coming in right before they closed even though I literally had no other options, otherwise I would have come in earlier. I was appalled with how poorly I was treated and will not be returning to this pharmacy. read more

I have used Good Day Pharmacy for a number of years and am extremely grateful for the excellent customer service they have always provided. My medical situation is quite complicated and every month requires filling a dozen prescriptions written by three different physicians. Their pharmacist and staff work diligently to ensure everything is filled on time and properly billed to my insurance. The U.S. healthcare system is complex, to say the least, and the occasional snags are inevitable. Fortunately, the great folks at Good Day do all they can to solve almost all problems before they arise. I recommend them highly! read more

For years I've loved Good Day pharmacy. Store on Lemay recently added a new phone boy who is rude and told me to get the app and do my refill there. When their phone prescription refill system wouldn't work, I looked up the app and it won't work for my phone, it's too new, even though it's a model that's four generations back. Then I found another app and I think that was spam cuz it wouldn't take my credit card. Not good service. Good day caters to a lot of really old frail people and you need somebody friendly on the phone and in front. read more

Four times in the past year, this location failed to fill scripts in a timely manner. By which I mean 4-5 days after the script is sent in. They always act surprised and confused that they screwed up. At their suggestion, I tried to use their automatic monthly refill service. Two months in a row, no scripts refilled without me calling them, no explanation why the service they offered me does not work. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. read more

This place is great! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and cares. I love how it also has some ship stuff like cards, bags and candies....assumingely they are small businesses selling their products here...gives it that small town feel. If this place got bad reviews 2-6 years ago it's probably due to personal responsibility and lack of concentration of other people. I had ZERO problems today! read more

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Unbelievable and caring service. My mom has Covid and Good Day was scheduled to deliver her meds today. Her side of town had end of day deliveries and the young lady who answered our call today - I believe her name was Ashley - actually delivered it herself to get it there quicker. Worst pharmacy I have ever visited, I thought CVS was bad, you can't make an appointment at the pharmacy for a vaccine, you have to do it on line. but when I went on line after 30 attempts , the Good Day Pharmacy scheduling system would not let me make an appointment, plus it turns out they do not accept insurance, it is all cash payments,, it is no wonder people do not trust the medical profession, read more

If you want your prescription, better get it filled elsewhere. I called in my prescription and was told that the prescription was expired so they have to contact my doctor. Fine, so I go in a week later and they told me that she still hasn't confirmed it. I saw her that day and she has confirmed it TWICE with them. My doctor said I should consider a new pharmacy because they ALWAYS do this. So i tried on last time and they said that i can't get it because my insurance won't allow it. So I heeded my doctors advice and went to a different pharmacy. Funny thing is, they filled the prescription with no issues. Get your meds somewhere else. These bozos don't know anything. read more

I have tried to be patient with this place but there are only so many failures I can tolerate. Not having my medication in stock (after I called them multiple times the week before), being closed on a Sunday- the day my medication was due to be filled and refusing to fill it early which left me without. By far, this is the worst pharmacy we have ever dealt with. They failed to move with any sense of urgency on a prescription we needed filled quickly. They had three days of notice from the prescriber and couldn't get us a price on the medication for two days. Which delayed getting it filled. When they finally had a price, they couldn't give us a specific time as to when the prescription would be available. Once they were able to fill and deliver it, they provided the medication in liquid form (instead of the pill) and replied with a snarky, "if you want the medicine fast, it's going to be a liquid." They had several days notice, this shouldn't be considered "fast," and the liquid was particularly inconvenient. We won't be going back and I'd never recommend this place. read more

Absolutely LOVE Good Day Pharmacy next to Sprouts off Lemay. Brittany, the managing pharmacist is wonderful!!!!! I had a difficult situation, to say the least, and she took care of it, with no problems! And saved us a lot of money! She was just the best, along with the rest of the staff. Used Walgreens at Lemay and Riverside for years. Walgreens is the WORST. Please, please give Good Day a try. You will not be disappointed. While I was there, I also witnessed another lady with a problem, and they took care of her as well. The experience left me with such a great feeling that someone actually cared! Cheers! Unprofessional and unfriendly. Particularly the head pharmacist. I'm very very ill and she accused me of being a 'drug shopper' or something. She also was incredibly nasty- like she enjoyed it. I made the mistake of going back after he first time she called me a name in front of everyone in the store. They also take forever. Do not go here unless you want to be humiliated and treated as less than human. I should add though- I'm on Medicare because, while I've made good money, I've become very ill in the last two yeArs rendering me unable to work. It is my belief that she/ they treat people with Medicaid like third class citizens- mainly because they can, and because they get pennies on the dollar. Greedy nasty people. AVOID. read more

If you want a place where the staff will get to know you by name, this is it. They are professional and patient, whether answering medical questions or dealing with insurance issues. Extended weekend and evening hours would be nice, but maybe that's why they're so friendly, because they actually get a break. read more

I had an incredible customer service experience at Good Day Pharmacy (Lemay/Drake). Recently, my dog was diagnosed with bronchitis, which is treated by an antibiotic that is prescribed to both dogs and humans. My vet ran out of their supply at their office, and the supply they had ordered from an animal pharmacy had to be shipped form out-of-state, so I was in need of a small, one week interim supply of this medication. I called almost every pharmacy in Fort Collins, and each told me that the out-of-pocket price for this medication was going to be around $120. I called Good Day to give me one last quote, and the gentleman who answered (Josh? Jason?) floored me with his amazing customer service. He listened to my situation, placed me on hold for a moment, and came back to tell me that he'd be able to get me this small supply for my dog for about $25--not $120. When I asked how that could be possible, he explained he had access to a second price list he could use for pricing this medication, and that employees at big box pharmacies typically cannot or will not investigate better pricing for customers--even if the circumstances lend themselves to look for additional options like in my case. This situation was very telling about how employees at Good Day Pharmacy are trained. It was clear this gentleman felt empowered and allowed to "do the right thing" for a customer--a customer that probably could have never returned to this pharmacy. Good Day clearly trains their employees with people in mind. I was so impressed by how well I was treated that I now send all of my [people] prescriptions to Good Day Pharmacy. If they can treat their canine customers with that level of respect, I am confident they will take even better care of me. read more

The employees are always nice to me and professional and caring. The store set up is quaint unlike the bright lights and excesses of CVS or Walgreens. It's also a local store, so I feel good about supporting a local business versus the chain stores. There is rarely a line, and My visit takes less than 5 minutes on average. read more

I have used them off and on for the past 5 years. I've always had fast and friendly service. Unfortunately, the one closest to me (by Sprouts on LeMay) is very small resulting in a limited OTC inventory and selection. Therefore I only use them for prescriptions. This is where they excel with the fastest filling pf prescriptions I've experienced in fort Collins. The only other downside besides their limited inventory is their limited hours. Closing at 6:00PM M-F and 1:00PM on Saturday while closed on Sunday is often not convenient. that said, given the speed, professionalism and friendliness of their service I highly recommend them for your prescription needs. read more

they did not fill 2 perscriptions...nor notify me. when i went in they said well you haven't been in a while so we aren't filling it until you called us . and they did not have the medicine un stock as they did not order it for me. So back a few days later tp get something I have waited for 2+ weeks..with no notification or call. ok got that. 2 weeks later another more important med. My dr called me they phoned it it 8 days ago. AGAIN good day pharmacy ignored the order, did not request the medicine. ..and afain DO NOT have it in stock.
