Lately I've been attempting to be a bit more sensible about my calorie intake. So today we stopped in at Epic, and I went inside. We were greeted by the friendly owner as he knew my wife's name and her usual drink. He asked me what flavors I'm into. I advised I like desert type drinks. He prepared Oreo protein shake for me. It was absolutely delicious, and with less than 200 calories! We found the chip section. While they had the brand we were looking for, they didn't have the flavor. It was a little disappointing, but we picked up some others. Then we walked through the store. I understand that items come and go, that's part of the Aldi experience. It was a good experience and I have learned since that we have relatives that shop here regularly.
