So he has the "general manager" of the store call two days later. She was so rude, unprofessional and childish. They offered a 10% credit which doesn't cover the cost of the incorrect item. Then proceeded to tell us how stressed she is and basically called us liars saying she "re-watched" the video of her making the sandwiches. She told us she was right. Not possible she messed up. (So we must be lying.) We asked for her manager to which she replied "I am the manager". She refused to give any additional information on anyone else who could resolve the situation. If you need catering and want Jersey Mike's please choose another location. If they make it wrong it will be your fault because the manager is "stressed". They don't stand behind their product and are horrible with customer service. Neither "manager" was helpful. We will never order catering from this location again. We are insulted by this teenaged "manager" insinuating we are liars.

She only finished half of it. I had the Goetta Reuben, I was trying to get two Cincinnati classics at a time. I realized I prefer my Goetta extra crispy, so even though it was tasty I would get a regular Reuben next time. We loved the slow cooked corn and classic Cuban so much that I told him we are going to pay him a visit very soon. Here we are 4 days later. They are located at the Covington Yard. There are two other food vendors on the property. We ordered: -Classic Cuban (8") -3 Tacos Caribbean style w/ chicken -Large order of tots We got our meals less than 15 minutes. Wow! The Cuban sandwich is everything I've expected it to be! Super delish! You don't need hot sauce in my opinion, it's packed with great flavor. Btw, they have mass hot sauces to choose from. We tried 3 different kinds for our tots. My Mr really enjoyed his tacos. The seasoned tots were so good! Not greasy and tasted great with their signature sauce (tasted like a yum yum sauce). All hit the spot!!!! What a great experience and I can't wait to come back again and try other items on the menu, but my fave is hands down their Cuban sandwich!
