Bad managers who don't train employees properly, lots of expired items still on shelves, and it's pretty common for items to be marked as one price on the shelf, but then ring up as a different price at the register, which is confusing for both the customers and employees. read more

Rude workers and scamming customers. We got a mailer that had a coupon for 35% off a 32 oz hydrojug sport or traveler (like many people). We went to buy one and it certainly didn't ring up for 35% off. My husband didn't realize it until after the purchase. He brought it to the cashier's attention and she was insanely rude to my husband. Would not listen. Argued with him that their machines are calibrated all the time and was down right awful. Told him the discount was off the regular price not the sale price which he wasn't even arguing. She couldn't even calculate it on her phone. Like she had no idea how to do percentages. But if the hydrojug is $33.99, 35% is not $8 off. It's $11.89. Which just means they tried to pull a bait and switch on us and probably scammed a LOT of customers with their lies. My husband refused to do business with them and got a refund. read more

As a personal chef to a group of health conscious folks meeting at Sundance, I found several items at Good Earth that were either unavailable, or in short supply, at regular supermarkets. They had some beautiful pumpkins that I chose, to prepare a Pumpkin & Kale quiche for my group; and, assistance was available quickly to help me distinguish the cooking pumpkins from the decorative ones. A young lady also helped me locate the largest cooking pumpkin. They also had Keto Fig Jam, so I was able to prepare my specialty Fig Jam and Prosciutto Pizza for my group, and still cut carbs. I was very pleased with my shopping experience, and would definitely return. read more

A go to for specialty items. I went for Tart Cherry Juice that I use for joint issues and gout prevention.

This location is super convenient at it's located off of the busy State St, but right next door to my hairstylist! Super clean, inviting, and items/food are placed nicely that it makes a pleasurable grocery shopping experience. Great sales on protein bars and exclusive chocolate bars! They also sell my favorite CBD cream and tincture here so that's always a plus for me. Good Earth is always a great place to shop, whether in this location or the one in American Fork! read more

Hellooooooo GENF! Whenever I'm in the area, this the place to get yourself into trouble for healthy options. It's clean, well organized and stocked with several options of what you are looking for. These locations have a small footprint, yet manage to have exactly what you want. How do they do it? Instead of selling all the shelf space to the most chemically laden companies, you'll find just enough. They will have two or three across and then set the items deep. Healthy options are everywhere! Happy employees are there to help you find your way. Unless my timing is impeccable, the lines are never more than two people deep. I love this store! read more

I have a Good Earth right near my home, and it is one of those stores that, while unimpressive at first glance, reveals more to adore each time I visit. They are a great source of natural and organic foods and products, and their small interior belies the large selection of goods offered. Some of my particular favorites are the bulk selection (they have Real Salt for the cheapest anywhere, blue cornmeal, just about every pantry staple you can imagine (plus some you can't), even candy (although this location did not have honeycomb - booooo). Their vitamin and supplement section takes up about half the store, which is madness. There are numerous brands of essential oils and lovely diffusers. Tons of refrigerated beverages (kombucha. juice, + all the crazy fads like watermelon water, etc) and a fair amount of "better" chocolate bars. There is a limited and expensive (though I think everything is organic, so fair) produce section, but it'll do the job in a pinch. This location in particular offered a myriad of particularly pretty plants, candles, and other gift-y items. Clearance (housed on the back wall) was well organized and actually had some good stuff (like Tcho chocolate critters!). Employees were not quite as enthusiastically friendly as the Sandy location, but acceptably nice. Certainly worth seeking out if you are searching for organic and natural goods, otherwise they are also a nice alternative if you'd prefer to avoid larger groceries as Good Earth is never overly busy. read more

If you're into health food and natural living, you'll totally love this place! It's fun to peruse the aisles and see what they have to offer. It's admittedly pretty small and I don't go here as often as Sprouts because they tend to not have things I want (like the produce is lacking in my opinion - can't buy pre-cut lettuce and things like that, which I know is because it's all organic but it's just annoying sometimes because the location is kind of out of the way too.) But everything else is great besides the selection. And they do seem to have less "healthy" junk food than Sprouts and Whole Foods, so you know they're sticking to their philosophies. (Except sometimes you want that healthy junk food.. lol) The Café is also really yummy and fresh, though I'd suggest ordering out because they only have a few tables. read more

Good Earth seems like a nice, friendly little market. At first, I was excited - hoping that I'd finally discovered a place with more local/organic food. While they did have a decent selection of fruits and veggies, their barely existent meat selection left me wanting... I just cannot justify paying over $11/pound for frozen organic chicken. While they have a fair selection of natural/organic products, I just can't get excited about it because I can go to Sunflower down the road and get a similar selection at better prices. I'll give Good Earth 3 stars for effort, but in reality it should be more like 2 for execution... read more

When I lived in this general area, I loved coming here. I'm a fan of health food markets and all they have to offer. PARKING: Goodearth has a decent size parking lot. They share the parking lot with one or two other businesses, but it is primarily for the market. FOOD/MARKET: There is a café (Café Fresh) inside of the market. It has it's own entrance, but you can walk into it from inside the market. I would go there all the time - very yummy. For being a relatively smaller market, this place has a lot to offer. I feel like you could find everything you need here, especially for those looking for specialty items or more health focused foods. It is a little pricey for some items, but honestly it is the same price you will find any other place for the most part. I just love that they have hard to find items that I can't find other places. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Customer service has always been great at this location. Friendly and helpful. read more

Selection - well done for the size of the place Ambiance - very granola-y, therefore fitting parking sucks its expensive as hell You're better off driving to Sunflower for produce. The quality of produce here is terrible. I went here because its closer to my house and ended up buying dry goods because the produce was so bad. It all looked rotten or super under ripe. And they were 3x the prices of Sunflower or Costco. Staff isn't particularly helpful or friendly. Someone needs to make a review of the Cafe Fresh attached to this store though, that place is great. Good earth is a great resource for supplements- Their prices are the best I've found for many things especially Garden of Life products. It's unfortunate and ironic that during this pandemic of covid19 that the people who work at Good Earth simply do not care enough about other people's health that they don't bother to wear masks. Crying that it's a personal choice. I was disappointed in their apparent disregard of other people's feelings on the subject. This one lady kept getting closer and closer to me and she spoke loudly about the supplements I had inquired about. I didn't go into a "health food" store to have random people breathe on me. Many of the employees are not wearing masks. They are wearing just one side of the mask looped around one ear and totally open or wearing the mask under the chin. I personally don't want you to fake wear a mask for show as a formality. I would like you to actually wear your mask (I give this courtesy when I enter the store) so that we can all stay safe. read more

Tried some new supplements for a cold, at their recommendation and some of them made me sick. The store manager Steve would not return them. Problems with this store: 1. Too many expired products. 2. Bad customer service if you want to return things. 3. Small selection of organic produce that is usually old. Apples are soft. Kale is soft and wilted. Tumeric got a fungus growing on it after the first day, never had this problem with Whole Foods or Sprouts. 4. High prices. 5. Nuts are septic. Smell them, they smell like paint thinner. Store manager Steve would not do anything about it. They should be taken off the shelf. This is so unhealthy to eat nuts whose oils have turned. I have since switched to Sprouts and online Azure Standard. This saves money and I always get fresh food. If you are seeking health, FRESH food is very important. This used to be a great place to shop. Bad management. Please put the customer first! If not, everyone will use the store to compare products and then buy on Amazon and put the brick and mortar out of business. As someone who is an avid exercise, and health food enthusiast, I have frequented countless stores of the type. I can say that by far, Good Earth far surpasses any other store of it's kind that I have ever shopped at. In fact, there are numerous items that simply cannot be food elsewhere. I think they like to specialize in stocking hard to find items. The staff are always so friendly, helpful, and supremely knowledgeable. They go out of their way to greet you, and help you find exactly what you are looking for. No other store even comes close! It's a joy to shop at the Good Earth stores! read more

Coupon Policy Discrimination creates unfair pricing Pricing policies for Good Earth is unfair. They do offer discounts with coupons to be sent to all customers for purchases. However, this is a way for them to hide there high prices from the consumer. With "Award Coupons" discounts prices are barely tolerable. With the coupons their prices are in line with competitors. However, nobody really knows the prices of their products, because of the "Cloak" created by coupon discounts that are not received by their customers. Therefore, customers cannot price shop. This lends to higher prices retained for Good Earth at the expense of unfair pricing policies. I personally have requested records of my coupons I was suppose to receive. I really liked this place. Good food, very healthy, clean, nice atmosphere and it's attached to a neat health food store. I have the wild salmon rice bowl and friends had the smoothness, and it was all delicious. Being in an area with lots of heavy food on business was making me ill, and this was the perfect cure. I highly recommend coming here for lunch or a light dinner, and planning to spend some extra time to peruse the store afterwards. read more
