Downtown Auburn, NY has this tasty restaurants that I somehow missed in the three months that I've been staying here. The food was great. I got a breakfast sandwich that had real eggs on stretch bread onions, and cheese topped with a little bit of hot sauce and a chocolate peanut butter protein milkshake to wash it all down. The menu has a variety of options from food to lattes, milkshakes, cooler drinks and some quick grab N go snacks. I ordered my food and milkshake at the counter. The host was helpful in helping me pick some of the best and most popular choices. She recommended some options and her options were great. I love them both. Plus they sell stretch bread from a local bakery. The inside of the dining area was clean well spaced out had window options for great natural light to come into the dining room. They had outside patio seating. The restrooms were clean. I'm happy I finally got to check out Cafe 108 before I leave town . I'm bummed that I did not discover the Cafe until later in my stay. We stopped here for a quick breakfast while waiting for our tour time at the Seward House. I ordered the biscuit sandwich after the counter person recommended it. My wife ordered the breakfast wrap with bacon and we both got lattes. The biscuit sandwich was delicious! The sausage and the biscuits are both made in-house. The wrap with bacon was very good as well. The lattes were also expertly made. Very much worth it and will definitely return! read more

A really nice place to pop in and have coffee or lunch, with incredibly friendly staff! The atmosphere is bright and they keep the cafe very clean! It was the perfect place to meet a friend quickly who was passing through town and wanted a quick bite. I grabbed an iced coffee which was delicious and we had a great time! read more

Super cute little shop with good seating and very friendly staff. They sold out of their biscuits right before I got there:( so I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a HOMEMADE everything bagel instead. The bagel was pretty good- thicker than some of the flat ones I've experienced in Upstate NY. The local sausage was incredible and they were very generous with the extra avocado I ordered:) Definitely a place you could sit and do work at without going hungry! read more

Ordered a small soup - but was given, and charged for (corrected) a large soup. The minestrone wasn't loaded with the thin strips of veggies and some cubes of zucchini, was a bit spicy and tasty. Was looking for a quick sandwich today in Auburn. I went with the half sandwich and soup combo. The soup was a chicken and rice. It's was below average. Barely any rice or chicken. Mostly a bland broth. My sandwich was chicken salad. That was a whole different story. They warm the bread and it was very nice. The bread is a stretch bread which I like a lot. Well made coffee at an extremely affordable price, cheaper then Dunkin' for an iced coffee and tastes way better! The inside of the cafe is large enough to we're you can have a dialogue with someone and not have to shout or find a space to just do work privately. read more

We both ordered wraps. I had a Buffalo chicken wrap which had roasted chicken instead of fried chicken. I thought it was very good. I see they have local stretch bread which I love! This time was a miss with this business. I am sadly disappointed with my meal here my second time coming. I like this place yet it was a let down smh.. I ordered the chicken thai tacos that tasted not homemade and had a frozen already cooked taste to it yuck. I will try again and hopefully they will get a bit better like the first time I ordered here. Needs to be more Paleo and Organic options on the menu. I have a lot of love for this place...but, there are some undeniable needs for improvement! Soup is always a disappointment. Everytime I try to give it a chance it never turns out good. Potato Leek was not good at all. The consistency was awful not even close to a Potato based soup and all you can taste is thyme. Please work on improving the soup for how much you charge for them! read more
