This has become our take-out go to spot for trips to Salisbury Beach. Pupu for 2 and a side of Chinese donuts. To go. They are very nice and will always give us a glass of water and a bowl so that we can give our dogs a drink after a day on the beach. Service is a bit slow. I really ought to call in the order ahead of time since we tend to wait almost half an hour for the order. read more

Time for another updated review! We frequent this spot for our Chinese food fix! Honestly the best egg-roll's in the area! The egg foo young is outstanding, freshly made every time with quality ingredients, the beef with mushroom is another favorite. This blows the other local Chinese spot out of the water!!! I came into this place with my father for a quick drink and some take out and was pleasantly surprised! It's a small place with some tables and a solid sized bar with a tv so nothing wild but very solid ambiance. My father got a scorpion bowl and I got a mixed drink, both were solid. We ordered a General GAO dinner plate and some chicken & broccoli. The order was fast as it wasn't busy, and when we got home I was pleased with my meal. It's hard to find quality general gao where I live and it's usually a sweet soggy mess but this had some crisp, the sauce on it was sweet and it had a tiny bit of heat to it via the addition of some garlic which I loved. The pork fried rice was done perfectly with a ton of tender pork, egg/onion/and sprouts 10/10 , and the side of chicken fingers that came with the meal were excellent as well. The chicken and broccoli was a fresh, tender and subtle with just the right sort of light broth/gravy. Exceeded my expectations by ALOT. read more

I cannot say much as we only had a egg roll and a drink. The Cosmos drink is not the specialty here, don't get it. Stick to the Asian drinks. This is a take out spot but some locals will sit at the small bar. This is a old building and interior is old and nothing to write home about. They have keno. The young lady working was pleasant and the bathrooms are clean. Both times it appeared that they had not even put my (very small) order in until I got there so I had to wait another 25 minutes there on top of the time they told me to come. Mostly their food is well prepared. This time I ordered the vegetable pad Thai. It was a complete disappointment. So bland with a view soggy vegetables. They forgot the sauce AND the peanuts. I will start off with the good stuff about this place. They have HUGE portion sizes....and their fried rice is decent. And their chicken plates are o.k. The resurant its self is clean, and the staff is friendly. Now the not so good stuff....VERY SALTY. Their duck sauce was very watery and had really no taste. For their dinner specials to add to anything you have pay $1.25...which wouldn't be bad if they included more than a spoonful. Their crab rangoons were an utter disappointment. I love crab rangoons, but these were cold inside, and were filled with a crab flavored butter. It was disgusting. I would compare their food to the Chinese food you can get at the mall, or at a fair. Our dinner on a Friday in July was tasty. The food had good flavor, though our order took quite a long time, despite being the only ones there waiting to eat. We ordered pad Thai, and kung pao 3 delight. The meat, (large) shrimp and veggies were fresh. The reason it only gets 3 stars is because the male server/bartender was unprofessional and is hurting their business. Even the next people who came in felt they were seated in an unprofessional way, as he handed them menus as they came in the door and said " sit there!". I stopped to order dinner to take out because it was on my way home. I ordered 2 dishes. The order took 55 minutes. During that time, at least 4 people came in to place pickup orders in person and left before my order was ready. I was waiting near the restaurant's phone. One waiter told a caller that there was a 20 minute wait for orders. Another waiter told a different caller that there was a 40 minute wait for orders. i asked the waiter if there had been some difficulty with the order. She would only say she was sorry. This restaurant was not very good. The place is a mile away from our house and the delivery took an hour when told 30 minutes. Also not as so much their fault I guess was that we chose a dish that we thought had chicken in the sauce due to the description on the menu and it just came with chicken tenders.
