Carol H, I've have been taking my dogs to Pat for well over 10 years. Only takes less that 2 hours for both dogs. My dogs are the only ones, she is grooming at my appointment time. Not like some with a lot of dogs in the store at one time. Prices are great. She has notice changing in my dogs over the years which has help me at the vets. Last time I went and picked up my dogs (I was the last customer). They were running around, playing and their tails were going a mile a minute. I have complete confidence leaving my dogs in their care. I have recommend the Good Grooming to my friends, and they have been completely satisfied. Pat and her staff are always friendly and the hours are very good. The store is clean, friendly and doesn't smell like some. They are excited when they go and see Pat and Josh. The Good Groomer is one of a kind. I have a 3 year old rescued german shepherd named Sasha. From Sasha's past abuse from other owners she is timid and afraid of most people. When we first came to The Good Groomer they approached Sasha so gently and made her very comfortable! The Good Groomer had multiple employees work with our fur-baby. One was doing the grooming, while the other loved on her and kept her calm and relaxed! They did a wonderful job grooming her. Probably the best grooming she's ever had. They were so thorough and gentle! Sasha has now been back several times, and has the routine down! She is even warming up to leaving me and going to the back to be groomed with the amazing staff! As a rescued dog owner, this is very comforting! After many different places, we are happy to say we have found our groomer!!! read more

I took our new dog today to Good Groomer and am very happy with their service! The staff are very friendly and good with the animals. When I got there, she made a point to say hi and pet my dog, in addition to asking what I wanted his cut to look like. While dropping off my dog, Another person also came in to drop off their dog, and one of the other groomers recognized them right away, went to pet the dog and say hi. My dog looked and smelled great, andd he seemed happy when I picked him up after. He wasn't at all scared or distraught when I came to get him. I like how they scheduled it like an appointment, and call when they know he'll be ready, so the pets aren't caged up, and they also did a reminder call the day before. I took my dog here to get her nail grinding done. She's very particular on the kind of people she'll associate with, if she doesn't like a person she isn't very nice to them, so for me it's really nerve wracking to go take her to a new place. The workers were so great with her and while she wasn't thrilled about getting her nails done, she cooperated well which says a lot about the staff and how they treated her. She's also not good with other dogs, the staff was really great at getting her in at a time where they didn't have many other dogs. We were in and out in 10 minutes and her nails were so nicely done. I've been taking my dog to see Pat for the last year or so for all his grooming needs, she takes excellent care of him, I am extremely pleased every visit. I recently added another dog to my family and she has also began seeing Pat. I would highly recommend the good groomer to anyone whose animals are in need of great grooming! I would like to also add that while my dogs are with Pat they are in her care the entire visit, never in a cage! That is something that really sets the good groomer apart from the rest and makes me feel that the animals are truly cared for, keep up the great work! read more

Good Groomer is the best! I've always had mobile groomers for my Yorkies, as they are usually such timid dogs and I never wanted them to spend hours crated at a groomer. At Good Groomer, the dogs are never crated and are in and out in just over an hour. My little Bella doesn't seem to mind going at all, which is a first. The grooming is just beautifully done! They also do dental cleaning and nails and their prices are amazingly low! read more

I really love this place. I read a review that someone wrote on another stores site saying how wonderful the staff and services are, and I decided to give them a try. I was given a same day appointment and my dog was ready in 2 hours. She looked beautiful and she was happy when I saw her. The staff was great and I will be going back in the future. read more

I love good groomers. They are always ready for your dog when you walk in. They treat my little poodle like she is their own. She is always done when they say she will be done and the cut is perfect. They don't mind if you stay and wait for your pet. Love the owner pat and the rest of her groomers. read more
