She came out to the car to get my puppy and we talked about what I wanted done and off she and the pup went into the salon. She texted about 2 hours later saying he was ready. My little ragamuffin sheepdog came out looking like a distinguished pup. Not gonna lie, I was surprised that he looked like a completely different dog! He will be cooler with his shorter cut. They had to cancel one time due to an illness but rescheduled me quickly and without any problems. The price is worth it to me and I don't think it's outrageous for what they do. I even saw them write everything down, so there should have been no confusion. To make things even worse, the employee specifically asked me if I wanted a lion cut, and I clearly said NO. Despite that, they went ahead and shaved my entire cat anyway. This was never discussed or approved. It's honestly shocking that something this drastic was done when the request was so specific and minimal. Now my cat is uncomfortable, her coat is ruined, and she's been acting stressed since the appointment. This wasn't just a small mistake--this was a complete disregard for my instructions and my pet's well-being. If you can't follow clearly written directions--or even a direct "no" to a specific question--you shouldn't be grooming animals. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pet.

This time has been the worse. Both eyes flame red, watering and she prefers to lay with her eyes closed. She can see when she walks, but who knows how well! We have put drops in her eyes which has helped. Last two times it took a couple days for Zoey to stop rubbing her eyes. That was one eye each time. This time it's both. We will be at our vet if this is not continually improving the next 24 hours. One time is an oops, multiple times is incompetence. We will not be returning to Posh Pets grooming any longer. We will be at our vets on Monday to insure Zoey is OK. Absolutely no longer recommend this groomer!

His normal routine is Bark Bark Bark followed by dragging me towards the other dog he wants to meet. What happened today was extraordinary. Jaime was my groomer. As you can see from the photograph it was a first class dog grooming including having his nails dremeled ( a four person job at the vet's office because he often rebels and his size 150lbs) I watched her do it. I don't think Bill flinched. It was incredible,.Also, and the best part, she gave me several tips on how to handled him when he meets other dogs. How to introduce him. When I got home I practiced what Jaime told me. It was one of the most pleasurable days we've had out on a walk thanks to Jaime's tips. From my experience even professionals are intimidated by Bill's size and excitement. Not Jaime, she new how to handle my dog and it was a great experience for the both of us. They also use a very strong scent of spray after the groom. We will probably end up going with our previous groomer due to paying for a groom that we weren't happy with.
