My pool heater stopped working in early July, Our then, former service company checked it out and said it was a leaking core therefore the whole heater needed to be replaced. 2nd opinion from a nationally recognized company said the same. Vision Pools was recommended by the heater manufacturer as a good service company in my area. They told me that their experience with Vision is always a good one. They came out assessing the problem and made a Simple repair after confirming that the heater was NOT leaking. Vision Pools wants to keep a client forever and to do this they do the right thing. They took the cover off and instead of…read moreinstalling a directional fitting on the water outlet they broke the casing and installed a plug on the outlet so water flowed from 1 outlet while the other was plugged. The filter has not worked properly since it has been installed. Awful just awful.
