I had a list of items for repair that I texted to there office girl, Jasmine. I had a 5 year warranty for the RV so the repairs would be covered. I also texted Jasmine copies of my warranty card. I dropped the RV off on Sunday when Nathan, the owner, was working there. He assured me that everything would be repaired when I picked it up. My boss was with me and witnessed the whole encounter. Nothing could be farther from the truth. They had my RV for over 200 days and when I got it back nothing was repaired as promised by Nathan. In fact there was more damaged caused by several hurricanes while they had it in their possession. I have witnesses and documentation to prove this. Nathan lied to me face to face. I did nothing to warrant this kind of treatment. The only mistake I made was bringing my RV to them for repair in the first place. I thought they were a reputable company but they are not. Kyle showed up, couldn't figure out the problem so he told us his that he would bring his friend who specializes in electrical problems. They returned the next day and found the problem. We were so excited! Until Kyle went M.I.A. He told us he would return after working an "RV Show." No show. After several messages. Kyle answered 1 of them by saying "Sorry. I didn't have my phone." (Kyle is the business owner by the way) He never gave a time or date of return to finish the job. Numerous messages were sent and ignored by Kyle. Makes me wonder how he stays in business. We would have loved to be another "positive" Google Review. But you need to have a company DO THE JOB to get one. If your need for service if not needing urgency (like having no power) then hire Kyle. He may (or may not) handle you RV service needs. Otherwise, don't waste your time. The one con is all of the RVs are unlocked and they let everybody walk around without supervision, so we walked into some unsettling situations. We came here because my younger son has been obsessed with RVs. We've been thinking about renting one to test it out. At one point, you could rent it at lazy days, so AI still thinks you can. However, upon further research that is no longer the case, but we still figured we should check out this place just to see sizes of RVs. When we got to the front desk, they told us that all the RVs are unlocked so we can just take a look at everything ourselves. I actually loved this at first, because we didn't want to waste the salesperson time as we checked out the different sizes of RVs. I realize that this is both the pro and con when my children walked in to one RV and found that the toilet had been used, and it was number two not number one so it was exceptionally disgusting. That really freaked me out and made me very wary going into the other RVs. Luckily, we didn't experience anything else like that, we did see a couple Coke bottles left behind, but it made me think it would be very easy for somebody who is mentally unstable to do something scary in these RVs since there were so few people walking around. So in the end, I do think this is probably a great place to check out a large selection of RVs because they have so many, but if you are a female, I would highly recommend making sure you either go with the sales person or bring a male with you just in case.

We added a 2nd A/C and slide top awnings and when we picked up the unit a few weeks later, the bench seat for the dinette was missing. We were told that it had been taken out for another unit that was being picked up, and that it was because of this incident that they changed policy and would no longer do that. They had to order in a replacement and we had to make a two hour trip back to pick it up when it came in. We received exactly zero consideration for this and the salesman (JP) seemed quite irritated when he had to deal with us when we showed up to pick it up. A 1 star start for sure. We did not have much to do with them after that until last August. The unit was due for some maintenance and the "Platinum" maintenance package included the wheel bearing repack and roof sealant update. The advertised price was $2,700, and i asked them to look at few things and give me cost to fix. When we picked up a week later, we were met with a bill for $4,400. They charged us over $3,300 for the service, plus charged us a couple hours labor to look at the awning and tell me the arm was bent ($1,500 repair), to pull one gray tank handle and tell me that this too was bent ($1,000 repair) and also asked about one of the black out shades that no longer would retract, another 1/2 hour labor to tell me it needed to be replaced (along with some absurd estimate but I can't recall the number). I brought their website up on my phone and showed our Service Advisor Ashley the $2,700 I was expecting to pay. She brought up the $3,300 price on her computer and shrugged off the $600 additional cost. Between that and the nearly $400 charged to look at three things that probably (and generously) took a half hour to diagnose, I was just furious and, wanting to avoid a scene, I paid and left. A week later we set up at a campground and when I used the fan in the bathroom for the first time, we found that they had installed the new MaxxAir fan cover incorrectly and I could not close the vent without disassembling the fan from inside to be able to manuever the vent cover inside the MaxxAir cover as it was getting caught on the fins of the MaxxAir cover. At this point I called and asked for a service manager. I explained the situation to Marcus and also told him about the cost difference for the so called "Platinum" package, as I could still pull it up on their site, for their location, and get the same $2,700 price that Ashley had no interest in honoring. He agreed to refund that additonal $600, and offered slide and leveling system maintenance for free when we came in to have the fan cover fixed. As we were staying in the RV long term, more than 2 hours from the dealership, I opted to get a mobile tech to fix the fan cover. As I had 45 minutes left of his one hour minimum, I had him revisit some of the things that Lazydays gave me ludicrous estimates for. He got his ladder out and loosened 2 screws and made a slight adjustment to the awning, solving the problem that Lazydays could only solve with a new awning arm and $1,500 charge. Pathetic. Fast forward 8 weeks to October 2025 and I am cleaning and preparing the RV for storage and notice that the sealant on the front cap has failed. We had towed it literally about 100 miles and all across the front cap the sealant had opened up. I called and talked to Marcus again, to find that Lazydays was being purchased by Campers Inn. He took my information and said he'd put notes on the account so we could bring the unit in when we returned to Florida in May of this year. When we were getting ready to return, I made arrangements to drop the unit, and was met with pretty much complete ingnorance of the situation. I had to bring in my invoice because they claimed to not have the Lazydays records. I believe this to be an absolute lie. Later on Ashley said I did not have to resend the pictures of the failed sealant because she did have access to the ones I had sent Marcus. So much BS it's hard to imagine. So, they claim to have cleaned and resealed the front cap and I had to make the two hour drive two days in a row so the sealant could "cure". They did their 15 point inspection and claimed that two of the tires on the unit were from 2008 and 2009, but all 4 were replaced at the same time in 2023. I find it very hard to believe they even know what they are talking about. They also noted that both air conditioners were in need of maintenance. Yesterday I had a mobile tech I have used before come over to check out the A/C's and recheck the sealant on the roof. He immediately pointed out several issues with the sealant, which Lazydays told me was all good less than one week ago. He pointed out that the front cap was not cured, and that they had obviously used an off brand sealant ant that there were spots where it was popping up

Matter of fact told me they no longer do generators. Mind you after almost 3k in invoices. Thank fully we had a warranty. We called Ron. He took the generator to his shop and found the real issue that has been the problem the whole time. It took a couple weeks but worth every penny. Yes we had to pay. Insurance company wouldn't cover. Price was very reasonable. I know they didn't make much. Next we have to send parts used by first company to our claims agent. They actually got billed for parts not furnished. Once we got to lakeland we plugged into a dirty outlet (not rated for our rv) by accident and we fried our transfer switch, with burned wires and everything!! Thankfully the switch did what is was designed to do and we didn't have a fire or any real damage other then the auto-transfer-switch. I replaced the switch myself and along the way of investigating if anything else was damaged I changed out a couple of things that needed to be changed. During that phase of investigation I accidentally changed out a 12volt solenoid starter used to start the engine that actually didn't needed to be changed, I now have a back up in case I or a fellow rv'er ever needs one while on the road. So what was the problem you ask? I DIDN'T KNOW I SWITCHED THE WIRES!!! So while we partied with family for the New Years and ate too much food for the holidays this NO POWER problem just sat there. Fast forward 2-months and we have no DC power in the coach. At this point I have been able to service 100% of anything that needed to be addressed myself without a dealer, with a mobile mechanic and with just a quick search on YOUTUBE! THIS WAS NOT THE CASE WITH THIS!!! After reaching the end of my rope and calling around Lakeland looking for a "mobile mechanic" to come out and fix this issue that had me stumped . WE FOUND CHRIS!!! First thing he did was call us back, because the call went to voice Mail, he was already helping someone else in trouble! He asked what the problem was in such a manner that I didn't feel like a heel, you know what I am talking about. Some techs or mechanics make you feel dumb for asking questions, Chris made me feel at ease even as I rambled on about all the things I did already trying to fix the problem. He made a quick suggestion and narrowed down my search before getting off the phone. He said to me, and I quote " if I can save you some money and help you by answering some questions over the phone, then I am ok with that!" WHAT?!!! I was blown away!!! A mobile tech who actually wanted to HELP ME!!!??? I was blown away, I didn't know what to say I was speechless!!!! I tested my inverter/charger exactly as he described it to me and the problem wasn't my inverter. The coach wasn't getting any 12-volt power even though EVERYTHING else was working perfectly so either a relay (the 12-volt solenoid is a type of relay) was out or is was something else. After sending images of the test he asked me to do, he called me back promptly and he proceeded to walk me through step-by-step giving me the guiding light I needed!!! Turns out I crossed the wires when replacing the 12volt solenoid and didn't even know I did it. In case this is all Greek to you, the starter solenoid is a RELAY and it was wired incorrectly and Chris was 100% right with his diagnosis of our problem. Chris wasn't the first mobile tech we called, the last one came out peacock about all of the things that could be wrong and never showed back up the 4 times we waited for him to show up. We didn't need Chris to come to our Rv to fix our problem, he did it over the phone without charging us. He said "I don't charge people for answering questions!" I don't care who you work for now. If you are a mobile rv technician and you don't work for Chris or with him, you are working for the wrong people!!! Chris is our FOREVER GO TO PERSON when we are ever in central florida!!! We won't be having more kids but I can name a fur-baby after him right, that's not awkward in any way, right?!!!

At first, I thought it was another scam, because we have had so many, we can't count. I gave Bob a call back and I let him give his testimony of his company. I told him what we wanted, and he talked to his boss and came very close to what we needed. From the girls in the office (Crystal and Marsha) to the gentleman (Shawn) who came and inspected RV (Shawn likes to make you sweat :) ) everyone was excellent to deal with.
