The original company I asked said they could not be there till Saturday (a day later) and if they wanted to get to the parts store that they would need to go to the parts store that day (Friday) to make sure they got the right parts. I then said I'm going to shop around and I'll call you back. I called Frost Fix at around 9am on Friday telling them I needed the refrigerator fixed, they asked me my address and number and then they gave me a time frame for THAT day Friday 4-6pm! I was relieved because that means I could get the refrigerator fixed same day! Well come 5pm I call Frost Fix and ask "Hey just checking on a time you would arrive?" And they stated that the location was way to far and they would not be coming out there. So at that point I had wasted the whole day and I could no longer call the other company to come Saturday since they were booked up at that point. I guess my point is, if you say you will be at a place please be there. When a customer shops around they are looking at a few things, timing, price, and quality of work. When you say you will be at a place you need to really make sure you can make it. Because there are other companies in the area that a person can call and if you state to a customer you will be there, they expect you to do so. Please just be more vigilant about that in the future. I cannot comment on the craftsmanship or quality of this companies work though.

Tony arrived promptly at the time he gave me. He quoted me a price for the labor and frankly, it was less than I expected. He worked quickly and advised me of a problem I hadn't mentioned as it was separate issue from the repair, and I appreciated that. I will adjust my use accordingly. Andrei arrived so quickly and was so nice and friendly! He quickly found the problem, ran out to get the new door latch, and was back within an hour. Altogether I had it fixed in less than 3 hours from the time I called! My washer is running so smooth again, and the technician even taped up the lid on the washer because it was not bolted on appropriately (something I didn't even ask him to do)!
