Amy had adorable pet photos in her room and told me all about her fur babies. Amy did such a thorough job with my teeth cleaning. She was so thoughtful to hand me chapstick to keep my lips moist throughout the cleaning. She gave a detailed explanation of what she was doing and told me of any teeth that needed extra attention or might need some repairs soon. Once she was completed with my cleaning Dr. Marsh checked her work. He is very kind and personable. One thing to note is that he is a perfectionist. He will often want to fix cosmetic related things with your teeth, and is honest if it is necessary dental work or just aesthetic. I got a groove in my tooth filled on based on his recommendation that not only will my tooth look nicer, but it will help the aggravation he was starting to see near my gum line. I will always go back to Dr. Marsh for my future teeth cleanings and dental work. There is simply no better dentist in the area.

I have been going to Dr. Russell for 8 or 9 years now and I love him and my Hygienist Liz. They are both so gentle and they really care about their patients. I had another Hygienist when I first went and she was wayyyyy to rough for me. The receptionist made a note on my file and I now only see Liz. It's great how accommodating they are and that the office is advanced enough to track that and do a lot of appointment tracking via email. It also doesn't hurt that every time I go Liz always compliments my outfits!! The whole office is full of great people who make you feel like you are the only patient!!

It didn't seem like he was judging you, which i've had at other places (hence the reason I avoided the Dentist for so long probably) and finally the office staff are great in the way that the explain your Insurance, Payment options, and scheduling for you. Believe they were holding original check, since it said Paid In Full (wasn't paying the late fee as I was debating out of network charges) & they knew what I didn't that stopped pyment on check expires. Now they received twice as much as my original bill and will not refund. 2. In Network Dentist was a NO SHOW twice, assigned to new dentist that I found out after billing was NOT in network. I needed a veneer cemented back on. I told Dr James I had issues with numbing in the past. He put a…read moretopical numbing agent on a large q-tip inside my upper lip. When he came to inject me for pain, he injected into a different area than where he put the topical. He unnecessarily put me in pain multiple times during that visit. I kept telling him I was in pain and he was ignoring me. I had to stop him to tell him I was in pain. He gave me another shot under the upper lip and then a VERY PAINFUL shot behind my teeth. He never bothered to even try to numb that spot. The receptionist condescendingly called me "hun." Everyone speed talks and it has a chop-shop vibe. They are more interested in turning over chairs than the comfort of their patients. I will never go back there.
