I was told the coupon was not required because my insurance paid for the visit and no extra charge was to be applied to me. Unfortunately, I received a bill, WU0023 asking for $145.30 after an insurance payment of $308.20. The bill was sent to me several times, regardless of my explanation that I was told no extra charge from the beginning. I also argued that I did present my first-time customer's coupon for a total charge of $88 during my visit. Solon Smiles refused to listen to my repeated complaints and insisted on charging me $145.30.   I believe that I should either pay $88 as a first-time customer as the coupon indicated, plus a return of the $308.20 to my insurance account or they should only charge insurance $308.20 and waive my $145.30. If they do not do any of these two options, it means that the coupon is only a scam to bring customers in without honoring it. Best regards, A Very Unhappy Customer

Ask for promised follow-up, you may be disappointed and they simply disregard their own promises. Finally, I found the dental cleanings a real disappointment .

This past week I loved my visit even more, she knows that I'm very interested in looking at the new technology. This last time she let me to see the 3D printer and how it creates the crowns that are placed the same day. The hygienist showed me the materials used and explained everything to me. Before that she showed me the technology on the computer on how they create a persons crown. After my procedure I took one ibuprofen and was great the next day. I went for cleaning today and the hygienist was great. Dr. Kleem came to check my teeth and she remembered our previous conversation. They care.

I am also very appreciative of the way she has addressed my questions and the way in which she handled the fear I expressed over the need to have a wisdom tooth extracted. She listened to me, and was able to put me at ease for the procedure. I felt nothing secondary to the fact that Dr. Kleem made sure I was totally numb. I followed her after care instructions to the letter and have healed totally. As a former nurse, I really appreciate going to a provider who sees me and hears me. But from the moment I walked in the door the staff helped me calm down, relax, and get started on fixing my smile! Mika the hygenist is great! Talks you through the process so that you're not really fixated on the fact that someone is in your mouth with metal tools... Dr. Laubmeier was perfect in the way that he talked to you about the issues he found. It didn't seem like he was judging you, which i've had at other places (hence the reason I avoided the Dentist for so long probably) and finally the office staff are great in the way that the explain your Insurance, Payment options, and scheduling for you. Even though I'm terrified of getting dental work done I'm excited to go back here next week and get started on fixing the years of Pepsi, Coke, and Blow-pops.
