Over the course of six…read morethoughtful and intentional sessions, she helped strengthen not only our finances, but also our mindset and confidence around money. With each meeting, we made meaningful progress. Michelle helped us see clearly where our spending was going and guided us in creating a realistic, sustainable budget that still allows us to enjoy our lives while saving toward our biggest goal--purchasing our dream home. What once felt far off now feels achievable much sooner than we expected. Perhaps the most valuable part of the experience was the confidence and clarity Michelle helped us build as a couple. Our conversations around finances are now more productive, aligned, and positive than ever before. We're only a week out from our final session, and already feel the impact of the work we did together. I'm excited to look back in 3 months, 6 months, and a year from now and see how far we've come thanks to Michelle's guidance. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Living paycheck to paycheck--despite having solid incomes and no kids--was frustrating and stressful. We initially expected to walk away with a simple budget. What we got was so much more. Michelle didn't just organize our numbers--she gave us clarity, confidence, and peace of mind. She removed the fear we had around money and replaced it with a real plan and direction. More importantly, she set us up for long-term success and a stronger financial future. We truly can't recommend her enough.

This is the worst banking experience ever. The particular branch has the ATM inside the lobby…read more Totally useless. The security guard is inside and can't let be in to use the Flip'n ATM. The other brach closer to downtown, USELESS. it's located on the 2nd floor of some kind School office. Zero parking. Why would this credit union have courtesy banking in other Credit Unions like my previous CU? No, they are not associated with any other CU.

If you are ever considering banking with this Company or visiting this branch location, I would…read morehighly reconsider. My sister and I have recently lost our mother to leukemia, and are navigating how best to manage her accounts. My mom was an educator and had been banking with the California credit union for a very long time. As we are trying our best to upkeep and make payments on loans that my mom had, we came to this credit union location for help. Firstly not all branches are created equal, God forbid that you start a process at one location and than go to a different location to seek help. We came in this location with the purpose of paying for a loan, (that's right, we are trying to give the bank money). Unfortunately with all the innovations in technology, transferring money digitally is an insufficient way to make a payment. Payments can only be accepted thru a check and cash money. Now not being able to make a payment digitally is an inconvenience for sure, but having to deal with a person who refers to them selves as "the boss", is like being put thru the first ring of hell. We informed them about our situation and as we are unfamiliar, we thought we'd seek and advice of an expert (the people that work there). What we learned: - You should never try and visit different bank locations - You aren't allowed to know any information about the accounts, even with a death certificate, copies of a trust, and documentation from a lawyer - It is the bank managers sole purpose to be unhelpful and condescending - It's not the banks fault, it's your fault After looking for guidance on how we need to proceed in order to make a payment for our deceased mother loan, I was talked at in the lobby by "the boss" for probably a good 10 to 15 mins. It is one thing to be unhelpful but it's a completely different thing to be treated as if you are an idiot. Nothing was accomplished, many things were learned, and unfortunately we will still have to navigate our deceased mothers accounts with this Bank. Fortunately enough, there are other branches and if you aren't limited by your ability to travel, I would suggest not visiting this one. By the way, after getting me frustrated to the point of tears, "I am sorry about your mom" doesn't make anything about the way I was treated better. We never wanted anyones sympathy, all we wanted was some help. Advice to "the boss", do better.

This building needs to step it up…read more Located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles where huge real estate development investment has been flowing in, this building and its management falls far short from its competition. It's a convenient location above the 7th Street Metro subway, across from the Target Center, and directly across from the largest building project on the West Coast. Residential lofts, condominiums, bars, and restaurants are being built all around this area. However, this building has stayed stagnant. It lost it anchor tenant in the lobby, and the space has been vacant for several years. I have been working in this building for six years and have endured the ownership troubles suffered in bankruptcy including numerous building management changes. Over the past six years, there has been numerous construction projects that are extermely slow and never seem to end. As tenants, we have to endure elevators that don't work, bathrooms that need repair or need to be relocated to other floors, no air conditioning during the hottest days of the summer, no heating during the coldest days of the winter, dust, asbestos, and construction debris everywhere. The current "renovation" project in the parking garage, sky lobby, and street lobby has been going on for EIGHT months, and there seems to be no end in sight. We have had to endure dangerous scaffolding, dust and debris, lack of lighting, and no heat throughout this project. But with only 2 or 3 workers on the job at a time, these projects seem to never get completed. Hopefully the new owner can turn this building around. ALL of the properties surrounding this building are or will be A++ properties, and hopefully some of this success will spill over to the Figueroa Tower.
