I cracked the windshield on my 2012 Mini Cooper when I tried to cram several 2x4's into it. Yeah, not my best moment, admittedly, and worse is that I dropped full coverage on it a few months back. I started out getting a quote from that "leading prescription" company that always advertises on TV and they wanted $360. That didn't seem outrageous, but it was still a bit much, so I went to another site that aggregates vendors and the lowest quote on there was for $190. I submitted a request for an appointment from that vendor only to be told by their rep on the phone that it would be an extra $200 to $300 for the moldings. Needless to say, they didn't get my business. Next on the list was Good Look Auto Glass, and the 3rd time was, indeed, the charm. He was able to replace my windshield in under 2 hours and with a discount for paying in cash his price ended up being the lowest. I don't remember the name of the guy that came out to replace my rear window but he did an amazing job! He was super polite and cleaned up all of the broken glass inside my car from my old windshield. He even took away the tape and plastic that was covering my windshield before he arrived. He was fast and efficient and just overall really nice. My rear car window took a bullet on New Year's Eve and as the guy was leaving and saying goodbye he even went out of his way to tell me he was so happy no one got hurt when the bullet came through my windshield. I will say, he didn't have the nicest van, super fancy decals or a sparkly uniform but I would rather give my money to this company over a large flashy company any day! I highly recommend them. No hidden costs (Safelite quoted me a price that was higher and then they added over $100 to the quote for extras that were not optional - totally shady). Like another reviewer noted, he is a one man show so I'm especially happy that I found him and used his services. The technician (Marvens) came out and replaced my glass for me and was very professional and knowledgeable. Everything he did he meticulously took care with. All I can say is wow it was fast but not a rush job. It was almost second nature to him.
