I have tried to be patient with this business but this has quite literally dragged on for two weeks…read morenow. It's a simple process that most dealerships can accomplish within an hour or two. I have bought several vehicles at this point in my life and never have I been so ignored or treated like the dealership could not care less at all. All I've gotten from you is excuses. My ex husband sold cars for Cadillac! So I am very, very well aware of the process and there is absolutely no good reason or excuse in the world for it to take two weeks and still not have gotten anywhere. The only possible reason is because you just don't care and my business is very clearly not important to you at all! This entire experience has been the worst, I literally can't even believe how lackadaisical you are as a sales person when this is apparently your business, that you own. You'd really think you would care more about how you treat customers and the reputation that you are creating and the fact that you clearly don't care at all about how outrageously long it has taken for every pathetic little step of the way of moving forward to actually purchase one of your vehicles. I've never tried so hard to buy a car and felt and been treated like the dealership couldn't care less or even be bothered to return phone calls. Do you know how many times I called after putting in the credit app? Quite literally dozens of times. Not even an exaggeration. And how many voicemails I left? Too many to count. And it took FIVE DAYS FOR YOU TO BOTHER RETURNING THAT PHONE CALL after you told me to fill out a credit application and I did. And now it's the same thing all over again with this next simple and small step in the process. I sent out the paperwork you requested the next day. You say you didn't receive it but you received every other email I sent so again it's just excuses and I don't buy it. That paperwork was emailed to you on Thursday by Monday still nothing. It's amazing you have a business at all! If it wasn't so infuriating it would be comical with how ridiculous it is! But one could wonder why you even bother to ask me to put a credit application in if you apparently don't have the time to actually deal with selling a car? Chris took me in immediately so I walked the dogs around the neighborhood which I know well as we had a few properties in Richmond Hill. Walking up to Liberty them traversing over to 118th and back -- the urban assault vehicle was happy and ready to roll. Flushing the fluids, new spark plugs and filters of oil and air and a verbal heads up about an impending starter issue and I was all set. Looking at the bill in my hands, I was quite happy looking down upon it, seeing the numbers -- I saw more. I can say with full confidence that this is my new shop to bring my vehicles to and will be my place of recommendation to any and all who ask. The bill spoke more than numbers to me, it spoke of care, honesty, reliability, integrity and protective suggestions -- all of which I dare say have old world traditions in this make a quick buck decaying society. So these attributes are not not easily obtained, they are instilled from generations before, and that piece of mind has an incredibly high value to me personally.
