They let me borrow a tank of air, under the stern condition that I bring it right back. After filling up my tire, I brought the car to them and returned the air tank. A mechanic jacked up my car and removed the tire, identifying a puncturing screw as the culprit. After yanking out the foreign object he quickly patched the tire, then charged me a very reasonable amount of money for the work. It's hard to imagine a better outcome. I appreciate the empathy they showed for my plight and the trust they extended to me. Way cheaper than buying a new tire, and the speed of service was terrific.

I waited three hours and he never touched the car. Then he gave me a $1700 bill and refused to return my car unless I paid. He held my car hostage. Ami is full of smooth talk and zero results. I had a hit and run occur to me outside my apartment while my car was parked overnight. After…read morelooking up the cost of body panels and parts to repair my car vs. my high deductible as I barely get into accidents, it didn't make sense to go through insurance. My insurance rates would've went through the roof if I made the claim. So I elected to pay out of pocket. When reaching out to Felix and his crew, he assured me that he would work within my budget and offer prices not far from what I found online + his guys labor and material costs. I dropped the car off while taking a vacation, and Felix was providing me updates via text, and even offered suggestions for maintenance items that I needed to address (brake pads, fluids, etc). Taking note of these items that I, as a regular non-mechanically inclined person, don't normally do was a really nice touch that I appreciated. Car was ready the day after I came back from vacation and was detailed and looked better than when I received it new. A lot of attention to detail and technique was applied here. The price was what was communicated from the jump, and Felix worked with me to see if he could refinish rather than replace certain items to keep the cost down for my sake. Can't say anything bad about this place, only positive things came from my experience.
