Where other roofing contractors were trying to sell me a new roof that I don't need, John discovered that nothing on my roof had been caulked or sealed, causing the leak. Within a few days, someone came out, caulked everything, and replaced a few nails. Price was very reasonable and above that, I appreciate and value the integrity and honesty with which this company works. They are on top of my list for any future roofing or construction needs I may have.

I was home for the entire job; the owner was not onsite to supervise as stated in the contract and the scope of the contract was not shown or reviewed with the work crew. I had to tell them there should be a separate roof vent installed for my bathroom fan and where it should go, they would have shingled over the location if I had not said anything. I'm a licensed residential builder myself and questioned some of the workmanship methods and suggested alternatives to consider that would make the job more weather tight and look finished but they were ignored except for one suggestion that was changed but only after showing Owens Corning recommended it and the city inspector recommended it. After that I was confronted by the owner with a very unprofessional conversation telling me I have been nothing but difficult the entire job and told me to just pay the crew person in full when job is finished, saying "he's done with me" as he walked away, leaving me feeling like the bad guy !

Started project in 2021, Brad from Peaks met with us, discussed scope of project, and we signed…read morecontract. Peaks started project but when we were concerned with workmanship Peaks stopped work. Called office numerous times and were told need to talk to Brad and get back to us. Over 3 years later and 1500 phone calls to Peaks trying to get answers on when they were going to complete project or refund our money and we would find a new contractor. Peaks never returned calls - always told had to talk to Brad and would get back to you. Put down $20K to start work - only work completed was drywall and trim in one 17 x 1 ft room. Drywall was wavy. Trim person had to fir out drywall in spots to get trim to lay flush - shoddy workmanship. Paid $19K to have all granite replaced in kitchen. Never replaced and would not refund money. Brad agreed to store our stone at his warehouse to keep it out of the way of trades until framing completed and stone could be installed. After numerous attempts to get stone from Brad, finally agreed to give it only if we would sign a fake letter that we owed $9K in storage fees and would not help load over 1000 sq ft in pallets with fork lift, made trades load by hand onto trucks. For any person looking for Peaks to do work - BE FOREWARNED! Brad and his company Peaks are not trustworthy, do not stick to schedule as promised, and ignore clients. He stole our money and refuses to refund. We are currently in litigation with Peaks to return money owed to us. We asked them if we could just get our monies back and move on but Brad stole our money and refuses to answer us. HE IS A SNEAKY LIAR! DO NOT TRUST THEM! I'm sure Brad/Peaks will respond to this with please call our office to reach a settlement but that is a total LIE! He may seem nice and honest but he is NOT! He showed us shingle samples & explained the difference between them. He was also very knowledgeable about the repair needed on the metal roof of the Florida room. The crew came out when they said they would. The job was completed in 1 1/2 days. All shrubbery was covered & the clean up was excellent. Would definitely recommend this company for any construction project. Oh, no money down & payment wasn't expected until the job was completed & if we were satisfied with the job.

We had a cash offer to close in a week and needed to address a few issues prior to closing. I reached out to Marvis on a short notice and he was able to accommodate all the fix and installation needed to sell the property. He installed for us a new furnace and also addressed multiple pipe leaks for us. His plumber actually missed a few leaks but what I really appreciate from Marvis was he took responsibility for this and sent the plumber out to address this without additional charges. He was also able to send his guys out on the weekend. What I really like about working with Marvis what there was a constant line of communication. He made me feel as if I could always reached out if I had any questions or concerns. From working with Marvis, he really became someone I can trust. They were so nice when they came for repair facia and they have given me warranty to call back in case anything happened. After a week later I found facia was coming out again and I called them back to schedule to repair properly as it was coming off in a week. They assured me to return back to me and even told me they will come for Tuesday then changed to Wednesday and they changed to next week. Now, I am almost a month coordinating with folks on 586-696-8892 (Daniel) and 248-212-5713 (Will) but no one is picking my calls neither anyone responding me back. I am keep trying -n-trying to connect with them to fix the repairs. At this point they charged me and didn't fix the issue permanently.
