The communication and scheduling was lacking, so we were a little frustrated, but it didn't prepare us for the ordeal we were going to be dealing with. We live in an old house, 1920's. My husband expressed this many times, that appropriate measures would have to be taken as we had lead in our old windows and trim. I heard him over the phone as well as in person and he was assured they would take the steps necessary. The day the windows were to be replaced, my kids and I left the house. Two windows were in our daughters room, the other in our guest bedroom. One window was oriented the wrong way and still installed. The worst part was, after removing the old windows, the workers took leaf blowers out to blow debris out into the yard below and all over the rooms. My husband ran upstairs and yelled at them to stop, that once again, there was lead paint involved. They stopped and cleaned up, but not well enough. My husband wiped everything down afterwards, not trusting it was cleaned properly. A few months later, my daughter received test results showing elevated levels of lead in her blood. It was quick and not a single other person in our family had any detectable levels. I was livid. I'm still livid. I don't care that one of our windows is wrong or that it took forever to arrange communication. I'm livid that lead safe practices weren't followed as promised and my child had to pay for it. You can't put a price on that. Thankfully, she's grown, and the situation is under control now, but if you have an old house, I would absolutely not recommend this company. To the owner, if your business gives homeowners your word that things will be done safely and following safe standards, you need to follow through. Safety should be top priority. This could have had a very poor outcome.

The Mill work is perfect the calk line are so straight. They did an excellent job cleaning up and took very good care of our home and property. Our home is so quiet now and no dust and Bugs coming in. Pricing was fantastic . I really feel that we got a great value on our new Fiber glass window. Installers were ON TIME and polite.

When the associate brought out the items, two of them were incorrect. After the associate verified the mistake, I was asked to wait while he retrieved the correct products. The customer service issues I experienced include: Incorrect items were provided despite the order confirmation indicating they were in stock. I waited while the associate attempted to retrieve the correct items, during which multiple other customers were able to retrieve their orders without delay. After being told the items were not in stock, I asked to cancel the order and was directed to Customer Service at the front of the store to process a refund, instead of resolving it at the pickup counter. Manager escalation did not result in any solution or goodwill gesture for the inconvenience; I was told nothing could be done. No alternative solutions were offered, such as shipping the items to me, which would have prevented additional trips. This experience reflects a breakdown in order accuracy and basic customer service. I hope this feedback is used to improve the pickup process and customer support. The purpose of choosing this location was the online indication that the items were in stock and ready for pickup.
