They lied to me face on several different occasions, wasted my gas and time by having me come up to get more information from me and then never called me only to find out on my own that they sold what I had been waiting for three weeks to buy. When I asked if they were trying to sell it to someone else they told me no to my face and then I show up at the store to find out what was going on and what I wanted was gone. Poor way to do business with paying customers! I never suggest using these people cause the owner is a lying ass.

We'd been shopping for new furniture for our cottage for quite a while when we spotted some pictures of these really attractive custom made chairs. We messaged with some questions and Tony gave a quote. The price was very reasonable so we headed out to meet and discuss our situation. I told him about the dimensions were restricted to and what we wanted and took at tour of his shop. We found a chair and loveseat that he had just finished and with a couple adjustments we decided that we had found just what we were looking for. He offered to deliver it on one of his runs and we had a deal. We had an estimate for l when we'd get them and it was time to wait. We were thinking we'd have enough time to custom paint them in time for some family and friends to arrive but that never happened. The scheduled delivery cane and went and the dance began. Long story short we didn't get for nearly a month after promised and after multiple calls, and estimated times, we eventually rented a truck to pick them up ourselves. It was frustrating, but to be fair, it was a time where hiring and keeping employees was difficult and the only two working was Tony and his Dad, so there's that but it was nonetheless annoying. Bottom line: Tony, the owner, is a personable guy and his furniture and prices are great but if you're in a hurry, beware. I would buy from these guys again as long as I could wait. We inquired about the advertised four piece set (dresser, chest, mirror, and nightstand) and asked to include, with payment, an additional nightstand. We were told the items would arrive five days after purchase. When we didn't receive the furniture by the due date, we called the owner because there wasn't an update. He said there were several delays and offered us an item in their "showroom" for our troubles. A week after making our purchase, four of the five items arrived, via a small pick-up truck. A second call was placed with the owner, and he said that's what we paid for a mirror, dresser and two nightstands not the chest. Why would we buy two nightstands, a dresser and mirror without a chest especially when the items for sale included a chest! The owner said we can place an order for a chest for an additional $300. Then he said we could have paid $150 for an extra nightstand when we bought the furniture. He should have told us that when we were originally in the store, that would have been helpful and he would have gained a customer since we want to buy more furniture. I'm definitely disappointed.
