Purchased a Broyhill sofa and love seat with an extended warranty​ only used it sparingly and in three years it looked worse than some things I've seen left by the road dead. Neither the manufacturer's warranty or the worthless extended warranty would even consider my claim. I don't think the extended warranty people even read it. If you're thinking about doing business here, don't. There a few places I will never be back. And this one is at the top of the list.

She received it quickly on 12/22/24. She called me that night saying she was not familiar with a mattress in a box and was afraid it would not stand up to standards for her. The box was never opened, I called the store the next day (within 24 hrs)and Greg answered the phone. I told him my mother didnt understand getting a mattress in a box and we were about to bring it back he said don't you bring it back to the store .i said well my mother doesn't want it. He talked over me the entire time I tried to talk to him asking him if I could add my mother to the line so he could help her understand the process he continued to talk over me .I said oh my goodness because I couldn't believe his rudeness and then he hung the phone up in my face. I won't ever shop here again. Sad thing I am a repeat customer of Phillp's but I won't shop here anymore because I refuse to be talked to any kind of way,talked over and hung up on and still do business with any company. It's really sad that a person feel they are superior to anybody to the point they can try to talk and treat them any kind of way over a phone call this sickening to me. I hope they take this mattress back and give my mother a full refund cause the next step will be BBB.

We finally get it and it has been damaged and colored with a black marker. however, the wood is scraped and it is gouged. when we unbox the coffee table, the wood is split. Then I called and they offered to send someone out to look at it and open a repair ticket. I don't want repaired new furniture out of the Box. I would go to Facebook marketplace for that.
