Purchased a Broyhill sofa and love seat with an extended warranty​ only used it sparingly and in three years it looked worse than some things I've seen left by the road dead. Neither the manufacturer's warranty or the worthless extended warranty would even consider my claim. I don't think the extended warranty people even read it. If you're thinking about doing business here, don't. There a few places I will never be back. And this one is at the top of the list.

Then I called and they offered to send someone out to look at it and open a repair ticket. I don't want repaired new furniture out of the Box. I would go to Facebook marketplace for that.
