We just purchased a house here and needed to buy essentials. I also needed to rent a carpet cleaner. I asked the lady at customer service. She sent me to Heather, our cashier. Heather, very rudely, told me it was out of service. No apology and definitely didn't feel like she gave a flip. I noticed Walmart was hiring for a starting rate of $14 per hour.
