It actually makes me feel…read moreuncomfortable, I feel I have to worry about exiting the store with my purchased items and heading toward my car. The manager at this cvs, does not seem to care. I have said to him that I saw open packages on shelves. He proceeded to casually laugh it off and says "happens all the time, it's not my problem." I could not believe my ears. I understand that theft is everywhere and you can't always control it, but you can try to prevent it. And the fact the manager blew it off so causally was very surprising. I would think as a manager he would be trying to better control the situation. And as a customer, I felt that letting him know, that he would say thank you. Not just laugh as if I was telling him a joke. Another incident I experienced was disappointing as well. An employee was ringing me up and the manager was up there talking to the employee. He was very belittling to her. She looked embarrassed while ringing me up. I honestly felt bad for her. I found it very unprofessional that he would belittle his working employee in front of me. If he needed to tell her something, he could have taken her off to the side. There's no need to make an employee feel bad, along with making the me, the customer, feel awkward for witnessing an odd conversation.

This…read moreis the kind of place where the pharmacist and all the pharmacy techs know most of their customers by name However, you will never get your prescription on time. You could call it in 3 days in advance and it still won't be filled until you walk through the door. Sometimes there's 5 to 100 people mulling around waiting for their prescriptions. I have personally sat there for an hour-and-a-half waiting for prescriptions that were called in the day before. I've also had them lose prescriptions and have to contact the doctor to rewrite it. If your doctor Faxes or sends your prescriptions by computer, good luck. They claim their fax machine doesn't work. And nobody ever checks their messages. But again they are really really nice people they just have more work than they can handle.B O N O U S! One half of the store is a full service liquor store. So maybe shop while you wait.

We just purchased a house here and needed to buy essentials. I also needed to rent a carpet cleaner. I asked the lady at customer service. She sent me to Heather, our cashier. Heather, very rudely, told me it was out of service. No apology and definitely didn't feel like she gave a flip. I noticed Walmart was hiring for a starting rate of $14 per hour. Surely they can find employees with better attitudes than Heather. I will not be rushing back here to shop.
