The initial consultation took almost three weeks to transpire, mainly due to our primary residence being in another state. But they were more than accommodating to our hectic schedule, which even included their salesman being willing to meet with my husband at 6:00 in the morning! The options they brought to the table were endless and rather inspiring. After a handful of choices, we decided on all new Pella windows, Hardie and steel siding, stone accents and some really good looking raingutter. They even ended up blowing in new insulation in a number of exterior walls. All the installers were amazing to work with and it was very comforting to know we could trust them with access to our home while we were away. We did experience some material delays during the process, but we regularly face supply issues in our own business and realize this was not a reflection of their company but rather the current state of our economy.
