I'm not sure if they forgot about me or were just understaffed, but I appreciated that she prioritized me during my busy work day. Quite literally, my appointment lasted five minutes. I really value that Ohio Marijuana Card doesn't make you jump through excessive hoops or have an unclear process. Chronic pain should always be taken seriously and OMM gets that you don't want to be buried in an unclear process.
