i used to go here (rise madison) but i recently witnessed a disgusting altercation, and i will…read morenever be giving them my money again! so i ordered ahead, so i could have my medicinal order ready to pickup. when i walked in, there was a line for non medical, all the way to the door. the two people working at the registers were yapping away seemingly oblivious to the line of people annoyingly sighing as this went on. finally! both finished but the girl just walked away! a few minutes later she finally comes back out and starts helping me next, but these people have been here a while, and the old man whos next up voices his complaint. now this is what really boils my piss. the customer has a valid complaint. this girl and her supporting staff all turned on the guy just for complaining!!! not, "oh were sorry, were just busy" striaght up bullying. she stopped working on my order to walk over and start picking at this old guy, firing f bombs and attempting to now take the mans meds he was in the middle of purchasing!!! her:"youre triggering me, so you know what?" and then she begins trying to take back his meds. shes not a real person now, shes a standard reddit mod. and that was all i could take. shes triggered??? she's triggering me!!! i told her to shut up and do her job, because her unprofessional behaviour is triggering me!!!!! im sorry but you dont get to pick on someone and play keep away with their medication, just because they correctly complain about you taking forever chatting with people!!!! his complaint was valid. this girl and the other staff, the blue haired door girl, and the two others behind the counter all chimed in to bully this old man, and then me for calling them on their unprofessionalism. they clearly have no idea how to act professionally. this is not how you treat customers. **also right after this i went right to another dispensary and got a better deal! so thanks you saved me some money despite your unprofessional verbal assault. then they all meetooed me out. turned away my order. needless to say ill never be returning. the fact that your employees antagonize and then turn away patients and customers makes this the worst dispensary i've ever seen. they could have said oh sorry, were just busy in back too, and opened an extra register, de-escalating and got people moving on, but they said eff you and got offended by their own incompetence, doubled down on dumb and started picking on an old man. these folks are just sadistic bullies. its disgusting. its now apparent these people are all cancel culture nutjobs. they'll destroy this like they do everything else. i have popcorn. so dont give these woketards one cent of your money!!!! they are cancel culture sadists and they deserve nothing for thier rotten attitude towards customers and their customers' time. you dont get to bully an old man and hold his meds hostage as a game of "keep away" for your cruel sadistic jollies, and all because he rightfully pointed out that you were failing. folks, never give your money to people who hate you.

At this location, a staff member told me I couldn't even wait in the lobby because I didn't have an ID. The way it was handled came across as rude and unnecessary, she was being a big Karen about it! If this is the policy, it should be communicated respectfully and fine print where people can see. Customer service does not matter in this place? That same lady keeps saying it's the law to show ID to sit in the lobby. Ohio law requires to show identification when entering into the retail area where it is double locked from the inside. The law does not require to show proof of identification if you're waiting in the lobby with the person that you came with that is going to purchase the product. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone and will never come back again.
