Despite my 750 score and $400k+ in assets, the salesman treated me like a 'second-class citizen' and told me they were doing me a 'favor' because I don't have a W2. ​To resolve the delay, the salesman introduced me to his 'Boss,' who looked me in the eye and verbally promised the dealership would cover my hotel costs, saying, 'It's the least we can do.' Now, the owner--who uses the friendly 'Hoss' persona to lure in travelers but signs his legal name 'Robert Roberts' when he wants to be cold--has sent me a 'Final Notice' backpedaling on that word. ​I have submitted Robert's denial email and the details of this bait-and-switch to the Florida OAG and FLHSMV. They don't respect nomads; they exploit them. Do not trust their 'favors' or their words
