I sat for two hrs as the meter was running, because they were pressing charges for the fare. The MP called the hospital and my story checked out. The hospital was paying. They were trying to get paid twice. I am looking into filing charges against this company for slander. Don't recommend these people. Also, the people driving these taxis aren't screened and don't have an honor system.

He was there on time with text messages for each of my rides to and from Lied Center at the University of Kansas. He made my trip to see our daughter possible without worrying. They called and left a message with the estimated amount, the time and said if there were any other changes, to call back. At the time we were to be picked up, I noticed several calls from a different number as well as a voicemail message which was from the cab driver. Since I had not answered my phone 30 minutes ahead of time, the driver decided not to show up. When I called both the cab company and the driver, neither one picked up. We were left without a ride. No one ever said we would need to field a call from the driver or he wouldn't show up. Very unprofessional that I called twice to verify that our ride was lined up, also received a confirmation voicemail that evening and were left high and dry. One driver is wonderful, always tries to get you from point A to point B as quick as he can while abiding by the street laws, customer service is absolutely wonderful from him. The second one is right in the middle, customer service has been alright, speed is also alright, not much to say, communication could be better. The last one is bottom of the barrel and I'm amazed that he even has this job still. He has no sense of direction, priority, communication, speed, basically anything that makes you worth it in the sense of being a cab driver. The amount of stars I will give is solely based on whether or not he loses his job or just shapes up in general cause this is fucking ridiculous. When he's driving we have no idea how long it's going to take him to get here or how long it's going to take us to get to our destination either because he genuinely what the queue is going to look like. Black Chrysler 300 is clean, roomy, and comfortable. Wouldn't call anyone else. I think he's priced at least as well as a taxi. I'm happy with his service and will keep using him every time.
