Claudia was doing her best at the window marked drop off. Not her fault her employer doesn't staff correctly. Sabrina was at the other counter marked pick ups and she doesn't help anyone. Her only function seemed to be to bark at customers to get in Claudia's line. My prescription was for a pet and should have been ready since it was called in the day before. One would think "pick ups" would be the correct line! There was excessive confusion that I was picking up a prescription for "Miss Kitty". They had to call the doctor and pull her out of surgery to get her MDI number. Maybe someone could have asked her for that when she called it in the day before? Doing so would have saved an hour of my valuable time. I will not be back. Next time I will drive to Tri Cities to get pet meds.

Hiring dependable people (professional and staff) who actually show up for work, and/or fulfill their contract and are responsible and competent workers has been difficult. Thus, hours and staff have had to be adjusted. I see some negative comments here, and am sorry for those difficulties, but I encourage people to discuss issues with the manager/Pharmacist or a staff person to resolve issues more satisfactorily. .
