Excellent MLS listing service. GSR contacted me when I put my home for sale on Zillow and ForSaleByOwner.com. I was aware of such DIY listing services. There are other listing services that will do this for $299 or more and have fancier online data entry capabilities. GSR does it for $89 (credit cards are accepted via Paypal). Instead of using online data entry, GSR emails you a checklist form, you print it, fill it out, scan it, and email it back. Within 24 hours my home was listed on the MLS and I was receiving calls from brokers representing buyers. I've yet to sell my home but so far so good. read more
