It was only after leaving a poor review that I was eventually reimbursed. Nevertheless, that pales in comparison to the most absurd encounter I had with The Gillach Group after I just purchased a condo from them for over $1,000,000. I have purchased many properties over the years, and typically the buyer receives a token gift from the selling agent. However, don't expect one from Mary. Shortly after I closed, I noticed that the HVAC filter in my condo needed replacement. Because it's a commercial unit and not a standard size, I asked my broker to contact Mary and her team, so they could ask the sellers about the company who installed the HVAC unit (The fact that it was just installed was included in Mary's marketing materials.). Instead of an answer, we received an attitude from Mary Gillach. Her response intended for my broker is as follows: "Below is the message from Oliver I received yesterday after I told him twice that you were upset about it. "Mary said she will not bother the sellers with this. She says if he wants a new filter to take it out and measure and buy accordingly. The installer won't be able to help him with something as a simple as a filter change." The issue is that it's actually a bit more complicated than her arrogance implies. Mary should know with her MBA (I have one, too.), that commercial HVAC supplies cannot be purchased at Home Depot, and the size of the one in my condo is actually not sold online, so the request to find out who installed the unit is reasonable. After trying to get a response from Mary, and Oliver Fahling, I simply contacted the sellers myself. Problem solved. Mary Gillach treated me very poorly, and this is after spending over $1,000,000.

As the homeowner I know this is false since I have had tenants happily living in it for over a year and have a management company that keeps me aware of what is happening. I called Preston Properties to ask about the listing and as soon as I said I was the property owner, their response (without asking for any proof that I was the homeowner or for any more details) was that they'll take down the listing. If the listing was a genuine innocent mistake then I would think they would have looked further into it instead of jumping to remove the listing so quickly. It is my belief that they knew what they were doing when they posted a false listing. This seems to happen often with properties in the Boston area and I don't appreciate my property being used as false advertising. Nor do I appreciate the time it took for me to contact my management company to make sure they were not part of this (which they were not).

I told him I was a working-class guy who didn't make a lot of money and he said (honestly) "a lot of these people don't want to deal with someone like you, you're just looking for a studio...but, I like to deal with everyone." This class is a dvd taught class and there are times it would be extremely helpful if someone was there to further assist rather than tell the class to email whatever questions we had. There's no personality. Another issue I had with trust reality is that their class always finished earlier than said, which is great, but that time could have been used to answer any of the questions we may of had. Only on one day did the class actually go to its regularly scheduled time. On that day I had scheduled a doctors appointment because we were always released early. I had to leave a few minutes early and missed about 10 review questions. They made me retake the class, miss an additional day of work and pay an addition $26 to make it up. Now they wave the fee if you like their FB page on the first day, but if you don't have FB like I don't you have no other option. I feel that is discrimination to people who don't use social media. How about they offer the class to voice a positive review here on Yelp rather than a negative review like mine today. I may have left a few minutes before class ended but people have walked into class just as late and they never noticed. I understand this is a required 40hr class, but they could have kept me an extra 30min after a regular scheduled class date to fill in the review questions I missed.
