Again I agreed and gave them a time which they said see you Saturday. Now comes Saturday and I get a text past our appointment time if they could come later which I gave them a time they could come around 4pm Around 4 I get a text ...when are you available on Monday as we quit for the day due to rain. I again gave them a time frame when I was available on Monday after 1pm. Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. This is just a follow-up on my review of Enhanced landscaping. He just called me to tell me to quote " go f**k myself" Such a classless act from a embarrassing company. Drake's is probably the one closest to our home and I like to use more local businesses as long as the quality is good and the pricing is competitive. Depending on the type of mulch you are looking for with respect to color, the desired smell, the type of wood used to produce the mulch, and the cost including delivery unless you have your own truck or only need a small amount. Every landscaping company we have visited so far the prices have been fairly close and the variance in delivery charges are also similar. So then it comes down to reputation, cost, and proximity if you are looking for someone local

As far as service, they are very knowledgable, never pushy and they do a fantastic job of planting. Great people! They aren't a high tech company, and if you call and they don't answer, they are probably out in the nursery with a customer. Be patient. I always try Drakes first even though it's a bit of a drive for me.
