Look no further for your next landscaping job!…read more Haro Landscape Services helped us with our backyard and the area surrounding our deck. Created bedding around our deck that included Hostas/mulch and area for us to put storage bins. Also added brick pavers at the foot of our deck and wow! Everything was stunning!! Also helped us trim our burning bush out front. Impressed with keeping the worksite tidy and not leaving a mess. The attention to detail was impeccable. Took their time but so efficient in their craft that the job went by quickly. Communication was amazing and timely. From scheduling when the job would get done to when the job was done and all in between. Also when the job was going on the crew would check in with us throughout the job to make sure we were happy. Great value for the quality of work that you get from Haro Landscaping!

We would have mud puddles for days after a heavy rain. Our wonders were constantly getting sick from either running in the standing water or drinking from it, and we constantly had to go to the vet for them. It also caused so many bug and mosquito problems every summer, that we never wanted to even sit outside. Well Haro fixed all of that!!! They regraded the yard, put in a French drain, and laid down new sod for such a reasonable price. (We did get 3 other quotes by reputable companies in the area, but they wanted much more for way less services). Haro fit us into their schedule pretty quickly and were done in a day and a half. Our yard is able to be used all the time by us and the dogs. It had been 3 months, and we have not had to make a trip to the vet and the mosquitoes have almost disappeared. We are able to let the dog run around an hour after it rains and have fun without being worried about them getting into mud! We can sit outside at night and enjoy the fire or hot tub without being eaten alive. Everyone at Haro was so nice and easy to work with. I would 1000% use them again and recommend them for their services.

So I decided to use Tone Setter again this year. I asked for backyard leaf pick up again. His crew came out and before you know it they were in the front yard cutting the grass and then taking care of the leaves. I told they had to stop because I didn't need anything except the leaves in the back. They told me that they were told to come out and do a spring clean-up. Not what I asked for. A short time later they came out to do the landscaping. The final opinion, they did okay. They planted a few different kinds of plants. One plant (there are six of them are all dying. Another plant is obviously something that the wildlife in the woods are attracted to eat. I called the office to see if they replaced plants that die in the first few years, like most places do. I was told by the person in the office, no they did not. They would buy new plants, I would have to pay for them, but they would plant the new ones for free. I also had and still have a lot of grass growing through the rocks. At first I thought it might just be Brian's office staff, but after reading the other reviews........guess not. I spent a lot of money on all the work I had done. Will not recommend this company ever. So disappointed.

I again gave them a time frame when I was available on Monday after 1pm. Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. This is just a follow-up on my review of Enhanced landscaping. He just called me to tell me to quote " go f**k myself" Such a classless act from a embarrassing company.
