So much so the city put a note on my front door to cut it! Not only did they come out the same week I called, they quoted me a great price and started working that same week. They had to break up my property into to two visits because it was so overgrown but they did such an excellent job. It looks like a completely different house! They completed the project in record time, even fitting me in ahead of schedule, which was a huge relief considering spring rains were on their way. The crew was fantastic--professional, friendly, and respectful of my property. They communicated with me every step of the way, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly, sending me photos of the work to assuage any concerns. It was clear that they take great pride in their work, and they left my yard in perfect condition, cleaning up meticulously after the job was done. One wrench in the project was that I had an invisible fence line that ran through multiple areas of excavation, and I knew there was no chance that line wasn't going to be cut. What really blew me away, was that Cristian went out and repaired the damage and the line works perfectly again; talk about above and beyond! They also was to remove a fountain, level it and plant grass to blend in with the yard. It was not done. The yard is still uneven and the grass seed grew weedy grass. They did nothing over the pond they removed. All the calls we made was answered with promises that they would return and fix it. Still waiting! We were told by Chester the owner that someone would come in spring. Still waiting!! Now it's up to us to fix it. We paid $3700 for nothing.
