NO ONE uses this system any more. After 15 minutes I was allowed in. The budtender was very busy emptying his tip jar. He asked what I wanted and I told him I ordered online. He proceeded to tell me that their online system is not working and did I have a picture of what I wanted. WHAT? I told him the name of one of the ones I ordered. He didn't check anything, just told me they didn't have it. So, I was rudely treated, waited for nothing and went home empty handed. The absolute worst experience in a dispensary I have ever had. There are many dispensaries in the Portland area that offer friendly, helpful service and actually have an accurate menu and a way to order on-line. RUN from this place unless you want a repeat of my experience.

This place shares a de-facto parking lot with Momiji Sushi next door. I've been a customer in both…read morebusinesses. While there is a smaller parking lot to the south of the sushi shop, getting in there is more dangerous because of the traffic flow so I've always parked next to Tobacco Town. I've even bought propane refills from them. But today some jerk came out and purposefully told me to get lost. He didn't bother to tell the Ambulance drivers who were getting sushi, or the police car that was there last week. No, he picked on me, while I was legally parked in the only disabled parking spot on the block. Apparently my disabled permit isn't worth squat. Ambulances who eat sushi are okay, but not disabled people. I guess we know what kind of scum really run this place. If I could give "no stars" I would. You can't scare me off.

I came in to buy a refill for vape battery, and guy who works there seems to know absolutely nothing about what he sells. First of all he offered me two refills for a different brand even though I said the brand name of mine and showed and when i said that it's not gonna fit the battery he rolled his eyes and gave me EXACTLY THE SAME one as he offered before, just different flavor. I ended up picking just a disposable vape and he couldn't figure out which one I wanted even though i said it's name like four times and he actually was standing right in front of it. My accent is not that bad that you can't understand what i'm saying. But that's quite okay, I work in customer service myself and sometimes your managers don't bother themselves to train you properly to get to know the assortment and everything. BUT bigger problem is customer service itself. The guy was looking at us like we're a piece of smelly shit that was sitting on his birthday cupcake. Then when it got to check out he didn't say the total and when my husband asked him about it he just completely ignored the question and gasped. And when he "asked" for id he just made some sort of hand gesture that we somehow should understand as a request for ids.
