So I can to tj for the first time due to a bad experience at cookies up the street and I don't have…read morecash so I go to the atm and the atm is saying unknown code then it locked my card after several attempts so I go outside and called my bank to unlock my card and reset pin I leave to go get my other bank card because I'm thinking it might not work again so I came back in to take off $20 from the atm with my other debit card and I kept getting the code 012 saying that it was unable to process the transaction because amount to large(mind you I have money in my account 20$ for sure). Then I go try one more time and said the same thing this time the worker told me I could use my debit card at the counter since they accept debit cards so I try and it said withdrawl amount exceeded. So I go to my car I am freaking out because I've never ever had this issue and been to 30 plus dispensaries and I look on my card and it said that I completed two 25$ transactions and have 0 dollars, also mind you the workers both times watched me at the atm I did not get any cash. So I go back to the store show the worker my transaction that it got completed twice ($50) and he said that the arm machines didn't belong to them that I would have to call the number on the atm. So boom I go over call the number to the owners and it tells me the easiest way to handle the transaction is to call the back of the card which would take 2-4 weeks to dispute the transaction. This is the worst experience ever it's really a bad idea for them to have atms that don't belong to them in there especially if they can't do anything for their customers. I'm sorry but the way it got handled was horrible I will not be ever going there again for the fact that they have dysfunctional machines. I will be broadcasting and making sure anyone that even thinks about going here doesn't. Thanks for nothing tj

DONT SHOP HERE. Absolutely the worst dispensary ive ever…read moreendured. Every single person there was highly unprofessional, arrogant, and pompous. The manager was just as bad if not worse, but hes just a temu Rick Ross looking nobody. All I did was asked to switch out 2 carts they didn't tell me the price of. 1 fully broken battery, and a nectar collecter. literally 5 minutes after I calculated out the prices myself 2 blocks away, I came right back immediately, explaining there was just a mere simple miss communication, Alissa and Shrek the 2 girls working there then cross there arms and became even more belligerent with me for just calmly explaining it to them" hey I just bought these 5 minutes ago there not opened, can I just switch them by any chance? And alsisa just began to tear into me in front of other customers she told me to get out and I can only deal with the manager because I was being rude, I was not, the honest true was all I said was oh thats kinda lame, AFTER she told me to leave and she wasn't gonna do my returne. after spending almost a hour in there asking the prices of every single thing item, the then became hostile towards me and told me to leave and they weren't going to do anything for me The next day I come back a 3rd time now, I happen to be out running errands with my 80yo grandmother, who was with me at the time, not wanting to sit and wait in the car she asked to come along inside with me, I then explained the entire situation to the "manager" what a joke. Who crippled down on not returning anything, halfway through me explaining it all he rudely interrupted me and begans saying like oh yah my workers told me all about you in a snarling tone, almost insinuating they ramped up what actually happened and made it in their favor, very childish and dumb, the manager then proceeded to tell me yah if I was there that day you would of gotten a instant permanent ban. Thats absolutely ridiculous for a long term customer to get hit in the face with, the manager gets super hostile more and more, ending up with me getting banned, scammed out of over 100$ and shit talked to irl by all the staff, and the manager literally talked bad about my own grandmother in front of me, which I definitely said was very lame to him. I CANT SAY IT ENOGH DONT EVER GIVE THESE LOSERS YOUR HARD ERNED MONEY THERE ALL HOSTILE UNPROFESSIONAL CROOKS,WHO CHIMPED OUT ON ME. Thanks to this experience ill be growing my own from now on, im not shopping at any of these low their shops ever again
