They scheduled me a follow up appointment saying they could "undo" the toner with something that would not cause damage, literally half my hair has broken off since that visit, and they toned EVEN DARKER! They left me with toner for longer than I've ever been left. And the whole ordeal ended up costing over $215, looks like shit, and has ruined my hair. The owner reached out to "try something else" but 0 trust given that "second try" resulted in, I kid you not, 50% of my hair breaking. I look like I have a mullet now. Awful experience.

I took their online quiz and got 3 matches, but none of them had availability on the day I wanted. I ended up scheduling with Lynzie Quintero. I messaged Lynzie to ask about dimensional (babylight) coloring prices and they were sadly out of my current budget. I did switch that service out for the K-18 treatment which I've never done before. Going into a hair salon, I always have an inspo pic in hand, but I know not to expect an exact match. Although there's a bit of a language barrier (I'm not sure if Windy speaks fluent English), I trusted her with the process, and she delivered.
