After owning my Mercedes, I realized that one of my lifelong dreams was to own a Jeep Wrangler. I reached out to Beth and explained that I was very interested in finding one. I wasn't even sure if it would be possible, but the team went above and beyond to help make it happen. The owner personally took the time to speak with me on multiple occasions to understand exactly what I was looking for. UPDATED 12/25: This shady business is telling me to "get a real job." Wow. I've worked gig work for six years and done so successfully. The ONLY reason I inquired into your company is because you had the exact same vehicle I was currently driving and one that I loved. No worries. I took my money to a much more reputable, professional dealer and bought my car easy-peasy without ridiculous judgment. Why don't you stop selling shitty overpriced tin buckets to unsuspecting customers. You were charging $10,000 over blue book for the car I was interested in. Oh, yeah. You like screwing people over. Got it. Thank goodness I walked away from being ripped off by these scam artists. ORIGINAL POSTED 08/25: Lousy customer service. When I walked in to get information on financing a vehicle, the lady behind the counter immediately scrunched up her face when I told her my income was from Doordashing full-time. We rented a Sprinter here for a couple of years before buying it. Less than 3 weeks after we bought it, the engine blew out and we were looking at a huge bill to replace it. I work with groups that visit our country from Iceland and we originally used Good-to-u for large passenger vans to ferry the groups around the county. After the trip had ended there were extra charges incurred on the vehicles. When we went to resolve the issue we were told "one sister charge this, another sister charged that" quite unfortunately no one could figure out how this happened. When we asked simply for a refund we were told they could not. This, after they had received a substantial amount of cash for the rentals. This was also going to be an ongoing business for this company but they felt that $200 was more important at the time. We stopped doing business with them. Fast forward to yesterday. We wanted to give them another opportunity as our business is going to be picking up substantially in regards to hosting groups and we'll be needing another carrier for passenger vans. We call to rent a single car for two representatives from Iceland that are here to see what we're offering. My wife calls and rents the car under her name. We're told, "all good, simply come in and pick it up." etc. etc. - My wife shows up at 8am this morning and when asked for her insurance (We have SafeAuto) - she's told they DON'T accept that insurance carrier. 1. Shouldn't that have been established over the phone the previous evening. 2. Regarding payments/cash/credit - Any responsible business would or should understand that if the mistake is THEIRS then THEY have the responsibility to resolve it and not the customer. What I've discovered with this company is simply a complete and utter lack of customer service. They've become comfortable with simply having vehicles sitting in on the lot, renting them and collecting the money. Customer service is absent. Even in the smallest of ways by confirming with a potential client on what insurance they do and do not accept. God forbid we had a flight to catch this morning! I highly recommend NOT using Good-to-u rental. (Because of this, they have now AGAIN missed out on the opportunity of upwards to $30,000 annually on the groups we're hosting in 2013) Customer Service matters - on the phone, in person, ALWAYS! read more

Their cars always need repairs so if you have plenty of money to fix what you buy- great place. Also if you make payments to them and are late- I hear they charge you fees and interest- but so does any used car dealer. Big disappointment is the LACK of WARRENTY coverage they offer. 30 or 60 days when other buy here lots offer 6 months or 2 years? Pathetic. read more

Just say NO! At least from buying a car here. High 20 percent interest rate and only 60 day limited warranty . Also their shop is very small and the day I visited was NOT able to handle all the cars being brought back to them for repairs.They had to schedule people 2 weeks out- YUK! That is bad if you need your car for work! Every car I looked at was 2000 dollars higher than another local buy here/ pay here- that had same type of car. I am sad that this place didn't work out because one of my old neighbors in Lancaster told me I should take a look- not so good for me! read more
