Even in the peak of summer I've never had to wait more than 10/15 mins for someone to check me in and out. The workers are quick but thorough with walking you through the rules and cart controls. We picked up the new ones only to break down with a bunch of kids on our way home. He never answered our calls, so we had to get police assistance to push the golf cart off the road and wait for the store to open the next day. He tried to blame it on us, but we only had the replacement carts a few hours before the battery went dead. Needless to say we spent way too much time being stranded and going back and forth to the store.

I had the receipt to prove that I was not late I was on time! But conveniently he did not speak English and kept repeating a time that I had not even been in there I was still at the beach! I don't understand why? How could a business just blatantly change the time on your contract... I called a police officer who tried to talk them into refunding that extra money they charged but they refused. That's just bad business:( I don't recommend anyone renting from them! I will say that they clean the seats with bleach and unfortunately my shorts were ruined by the bleach after sitting on the cart for the first time. While I appreciate the cleanliness they provide I would advise you bring a towel you're not attached to, or ensure the seats are dry before sitting on them if you value the clothes you are wearing. On day 2 of our rental our cart wouldn't start and they were very quick to bring us a new one no questions ask for the rest of our time there. Overall I am pleased with the service we received.
