I came in at 3:30 today and just left wait almost 4 or 5 hours when the lady said at least 2 hours wait I ask how much longer she said 30 to 25 minutes but lot of the people have cut in front us and also take care of there regular customers it is not first come service we went and told the lady we just go ahead cancel it so now you telling me now we are next when my step dad is already on his way after waiting 4 or 5 hours! So me and my mom ending leaving with no tattoos Don't skip the line just cause it your regular customers make sure it first come service! Disappointed! read more

Okay so at first this was really cool. We asked to come in right before they closed because one of my friends was leaving for college the next day. It was super nice of him to take us in!! There was three of us and we wanted little white ink tattoos on our wrist. And then we got there and he even hit my other little white ink again for me just to be nice! Which seriously was so cool of him! And this isn't about his artistry because he was a great artist and we had a really fun time talking with him and some of his friends. Then we go to pay and here's where it goes downhill. There was no sign that said they didn't accept credit cards. That's all we had!! And he said that most tattoo places don't. Ok sorry how are we to know that? The only other couple places I've been to do! And he wanted us to pull money from the atm in the sex shop next door so we tried but ya credit cards don't work that way. And he wanted us to download an app to send him money cuz his square reader wasn't set up yet. I'm sorry but your customers should not have to download an app to pay you. But we tried anyway and once again it didn't work because it didn't take a credit card. So we offered to leave him our Ids and come back after we got paid two days later. He was like "well you don't get your groceries and not pay" and I was like seriously?! Your shop is so unprepared!! You should have a dang sign or maybe ANYTHING that takes cards. NOT OUR PROBLEM DUDE. So after getting into it with him we left our cards and came back a few days later like we said and he just sat in the corner in the front room not saying anything while this girl took care of us. And she like came over with our IDs and held her hand out for the cash first. And my friend said "uhh can I get my id?" And she was like "why you gonna take the money and take off" chick really? No we just don't trust your already unorganized shop with our Ids. Again, the work was great but they need to get situated with their crap before asking customers to download apps and go to the sex shop next door to pull money then blame us because you had no sign and didn't tell us what you do and don't accept and not everybody has been to tons of shops to know they don't accept card. It was just all around rude. There are SO MANY SHOPS AROUND HERE, why would you be rude to the few customers you get? Never coming back. Bring cash if you do. UPDATE: Actually no, we didn't look on Yelp for a payment method. Who does that? You asked us to go next door to pull money, no you can't pull money off a credit card. THEN you asked us to use the app. We told you it wouldn't work because we only have credit and you asked us to try anyways so we did. And shocker... It didn't work. It was never that we didn't have money it's just we both use credit cards. We had plenty of credit, you just didn't accept that. So don't say we didn't have money lol we had plenty to pay for your tattoo we just pay off our credit cards before putting more on our debit. And myself and one other person both had cards. One girl was covering two people so the third girl wasn't even paying and she needed her ID because as we told you she was leaving the state the next morning. Funny how I was the only Yelp review on here until an hour after I posted. Get a friend to post for you? Nice. OH AND all we said about cops was that if they came they couldn't do anything because you don't have a sign saying you don't accept anything but apps and cash. Not that we would call them. I will talk down this shop for the rest of my life :) anytime someone asks I will redirect them and post it on fb and anywhere else I can get my hands on because this business is messed up and unorganized and don't accept responsibility and you're all so dang rude. Zack and Diana are great! I've been tattooed here about six or seven times and I won't be going anywhere else. These two have a real passion for what they do and it shows. I definitely recommend this shop. Speaking of recommendations, I also recommend being flexible with your tattoo idea and letting either Zack or Diana (or in my case both) put their artistic spin on it. My tattoos came out way better than I ever imagined because I went with their expert advice. I think this applies to most tattoo shops, but I can definitely attest to it here. read more

This 1 star is for how our experience ended...the beginning of our visit was awesome. My girlfriends and I came in the other night for some tattoos that we randomly and very spontaneously decided to get together since I was leaving the next day and it was our last night together. This place took us just before closing which meant we were being tattooed while the shop was technically closed. Super cool of them. Zach was fun to talk to and joked with us the whole time we were there. However, when we were finished and ready to pay, (AFTER the tattoos were already done) we were told their card reader was not working when we tried to pay with one. We were using credit by the way. Zach laughed and said "yeah i made a sign that says cash only but I never put it up". So he tried to get the card reader up and running and it just wasnt happening so he suggested downloading an app to transfer funds to him. Well we tried but unfortunately that app was debit only, not credit so it wouldn't allow any funds to be transferred. He suggested we go to the sex shop next door and try to use the atm...well credit doesnt work that way but the girls decided to at least try so they went next door to the sex shop to try and use the atm. I stayed, so it didnt look like we were skipping out on paying because that is absolutely not at all what we were doing. So they come back, obviously not able to pull money from a credit card, and We are all pretty much in a huge dilemma at this point. This is my 5th tattoo, and all other shops I've been to, to get my others done they have all taken cards. I have never had a problem. Now I dont mind that this is a cash only shop....but we were never told and there was no sign anywhere to be seen. He even said he never put one up, as I stated earlier in this review. So the only other option we had was for the girls to come back Thursday with cash when they got their paychecks since we had exhausted all options of paying with credit. They had all of our info, our addresses, our id numbers etc on the paper work we filled out before the tattoos so its not like we could disappear forever even if we tried. At this point He started getting pretty aggressive and obviously irritated, as were we, because he didnt want us leaving without paying. Obviously understandable but its extremely unfortunate that there was never word of it being cash only and that it had to come to that point because it was a great experience until then. So the girls offered to actually leave their physical drivers licenses until Thursday (i couldnt, as I was traveling immediately the next day) to prove that they were coming back. Very poor managing here and not properly informing customers of requirements before tattoos are given. It was handled very unprofessionally, and even while we were there it wasnt a professional atosphere, as a bunch of his friends joined the shop shortly after us to smoke weed in the other room next to us. The attitude given during this whole discrepancy was just uncalled for and this experience has taught me NEVER to just pick a random shop out of nowhere. Absolutely terrible idea. I am disappointed that our visit turned out this way because the hospitality beforehand was great, but this discrepancy has deterred me from ever wanting to visit this shop ever again. ***our tattoos were small wrist tats no bigger than a quarter each, and we still tipped him $35 even after all this nonsense. We are honest people who were not properly informed of payment methods at this shop, but were made to seem like theives weaseling out of payment. Definitely not okay. read more

This is by far the best tattoo shop I've been too. They best and cutest receptionist ever along with 2 of the best tattoo artist in the world. Zack did a really good portrait on me the other day. So far I've seen 2 portraits from his girl the other artist and she does really dope work. I might ask her to do my next portrait because I really like her work. This is my shop I no longer have to go up the hill to the desert for that other guy. These guys are dope I wish them the best of luck at this location. I'm for sure going back I have a lot of space to display there work. There tattoos are painless they don't dig the ink in your arm like other artist. I was checking out different shops in the area looking for an artist with a certain style and a place I felt comfortable. After visiting 3 other shops I came to Good Vibes. When I walked in I was promptly greeted by Zack. I looked at some of his past work and we discussed the tattoo I wanted. After meeting both Zack and Diana I knew this was the place I wanted to do business with. The energy of the shop is calm and inviting with a private area for tattooing separate from the front lobby. This is very important to me with the considerable amount of time I will be spending there. They make you feel like they actually appreciate you for giving them the opportunity to tattoo you. I can not say this for some other places I have been. I could not be happier with the work Zack did. He greatly exceeded my expectations and gave me exactly what I asked wanted.
