Great place to deal with. I recently moved to the area. Moving to a much larger property, in the…read moresummer, I had to be prepared with a larger mower, string trimmer, and blower. I was planning to stop by a couple of shops to see local dealers of different brands, and see who I wanted to deal with for buying and getting my future equipment serviced. I stopped in while we were in attorney review, met with Mike, and discussed the options. The conversation felt like I had stepped back in time, and was talking to someone I had know a long time, and I knew right away that I trusted him, and wasn't going anywhere else. He was very honest, and didn't steer me to their most expensive equipment. I explained that I was still about six weeks out from needing everything, but wanted to make sure that when the time came, he had them on hand. I even offered a deposit. He declined the deposit, and wrote my name, number, and future address in his book, and said he'd be ready when we were. Fast forward a month, our closing got delayed a couple of weeks. I called Mike to let him know, and make sure he remembered me. He remembered right away, and said he was still good when I was. When the time came, I called him, and we set up delivery. He brought everything to the house all set up and ready to go as he said he would. I'll be heading there soon to look at snow throwers.

Contacted Joseph J Nemes & Sons Inc and they picked it up. Did not hear back from them for one week and I called and they told me the tractor fell apart and cannot move anymore, on top of it I will have to pay $200 for the labor. What a joke!!! Lesson learned. Before, my tractor can move, just some noise. Now, this guy broke it into parts and cannot put them back, it cannot move after the "repair" and I will have to pay $200. Isn't this wonderful??? If you cannot fix it or thought it is too complicated, jut ship it back without breaking it. Now you broke it into parts cannot put it back...and you charge me for the $200 repair fee??? I will have to spend another $275 with Tractor Joe to put all the parts back together... My neighbors, if you have tractors/tools to repair, do you best to avoid this guy. I learned this through a hard and expensive way. Tractor Joe charged a little bit more, but they know tractor and they did the job.

If you really want to know the truth, I was the guy that held up your tiny project. We originally contracted with Michael back in October for our project to begin in the Spring once the weather permitted. It became more urgent when I was sent home from the hospital in early March with terminal cancer. They told me - here's your palliative doctor and pain pills and I was sent home with absolutely NO knowledge of when I was leaving this Earth. I asked and pleaded with Michael to please finish my job before I die. He told me he would do his best. The guy is busy for a reason - They Do Excellent Work! We had a couple unexpected issues during the project, but Michael made sure they were remedied before proceeding. Just a couple minor things and the job will be complete and I'm still alive. The company and their workmanship is beyond belief and exceeded my expectations. I actually cried when I saw the finished product. I personally hate people that don't do research before they open their mouths and resort to posting lasting, negative reviews. It was definitely worth the wait!!

Every year at this time Amerigas sends out their "lock in " price letters. Ever year I need to call and verbally fight about the new price. Every time you call a different price to. They own my tank so at their mercy unless I pay to have it dug up which is very costly. How can this company be allowed to do business like this with wide range of price? Not fair! He had the problem addressed before I even had the chance to check my email again. I should also mention that we've lived at this property for years and have gone through a few companies. Some were good but over priced, some were competitively priced but were lacking in quality and/or customer service. Prestige is not only good, they are priced right and extremely responsive. Fast forward to today - we tried asking them to fix this issue, they came back and said the issue wasn't under their permit, it was under our contractor's permit. So they are off Scott free on an technicality. Sorry, but YOU are the ones that installed and moved the smoke detector, NOT the contractor and now it's going to take a small fortune to fix their screw up (WHILE THEY GET OFF SCOTT FREE) to bring my house up to code. The second they agreed to do that they should made sure the job was up to code - even if it was "under their permit." Avoid at all costs.

We needed a new ceiling fan installed in an awkward position on the ceiling and also some rewiring…read more Kope Electric technician Jared arrived at our house on time, was very respectful to us, even to the cleaning crew that were cleaning our house at the time, and masked per COVID-19. He assessed the situation and was able to re-wire and install the ceiling fan which included a quick trip to the appliance store to provide a needed wall plate for that new fan. After that, he helped us reassemble and position bed that originally needed to be moved to get at the ceiling fan. Well, it has been one week since Jared has installed ceiling fan and the fan is working great!
