He showed me something to watch and assured me it would be safe and can be looked at when I return for touch up work in two years. I had researched the process prior to using Best Blast and compared with Ziebart - hands down - NHOU V3 at Best Blast was the way to go. I never had any of my recent vehicles uncoated the way we used it years ago - was told it was no longer necessary since they have used different means to protect vehicles from rusting - the undercoating was no longer needed - think again - if you plan to hold onto your vehicle - which I do - Best Blast is the thing to do right after you drive out of the showroom or anytime before the rusting begins - The cost was fair and the follow-up check and touch up work is very reasonable and a normal maintenance cost. Brian was timely when he would scheduled my vehicle and it was done and ready when promised. Said there was nothing to indicate an oil leak. Throughout the week, the washer still smells of gear oil, and on Saturday morning my husband turned the washing machine on its side, unscrewed a cover, and there is gear oil leaking out from the bottom. The agitator did not need to come off; nothing would be visible. Parts can only be accessed from the bottom of the machine. Sent photos and a text to Handler, and they thanked me for the update and said nothing else. Not sure why I paid for a service call/diagnostic fee to tell me nothing was wrong, when clearly something is very wrong. Part on order. Andre measured our ducts himself, then installed a damper four inches too narrow for the main duct. Either he never checked, or he checked and installed it anyway. It took three months and his own technician to admit what was wrong. He ordered the correct part in May, told us it arrived in June, then never came back to install it. When I finally left a review, he answered within hours -- after weeks of ignoring my emails: "the review must be removed before we come back or Il just return it." Then, an hour later: "I don't even want to work for you at all... you can take a walk." Six months on, our zoning system still doesn't zone, we're paying to heat/cool two-thirds of a floor nobody is using, and the part we paid for is sitting in his shop.
