Rich Ihling said the problem was a simple switch which he ordered and installed for a fraction of the price it would have cost for a new washer. He could have easily said that the washer was too old and then sold her a new one. He didn't. The washer is working great! I updated my kitchen in 2007 and used Ihling's for every appliance. Because they also do repairs, they were able to educate me as to which brands need to be fixed more than others. Almost 20 years later and I am still happy with my choices. I came prepared with quarters and my credit cards but they only accept cash to pay for their own card that you can only use there and it costs $3 to get the card, then you can load $ to the card to pay to use the washers and dryers. I ended up adding too much for the dryers. They work really well and I didn't know that much $ but oh well. We ended up paying $25 for washing 5 loads and drying 5, they're big enough that we could fit 5 loads in 4 dryers. I'll try to plan better next time. The employees leave at 5:00 and they ask that the last load be added at 8:00 because their doors are automatically locked at 9:00.

However, we were left for TWO WEEKS without a dryer bc parts were on "back order" regular standard parts?? UNACCEPTABLE.
