My wife and I spent a lot of effort and money trying to maintain the slate roof on our old house…read more Nevertheless, we had endured seemingly unsolvable leaking and threatening letters from our insurance company concerning the condition of the slate. We were fortunate to find Boundless GC and put an end to our problems. Rigert Korbi gave us a complete explanation of the process of replacing the slates with an asphalt shingle roof. He impressed us as being very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. We were able to select from a variety of materials and colors. His team stripped off the old slates, installed roof and chimney flashing and laid a waterproof barrier below the carefully laid shingles. The result beautifully matched our house. Even our neighbors were impressed by the way Rigert and his team were able to totally replace our roof and do a complete clean-up in one day. We hired Boundless for another job, to install a liner in our chimney. A mysterious blockage was encountered. Rigert and his partner removed an old stove pipe from the chimney by cutting through the chimney wall from within the house at just the right spot. They restored the removed brick and then hooked the metal liner to our furnace and water heater. All this was accomplished in a single day! We are really pleased with the look of the new roof and feel secure now in our home.

We had another service person that was trying to charge us $4000 for a circuit board we never needed. Edward came and immediately diagnosed the problem. He knew what he was doing and ordered the correct part. My aunt had her A/C fixed and we were so happy it was fixed properly. Her A/C unit is a huge top line unit from 17 years ago a Carrier Bryant and Edward was very confident and knew how to work on it. He was nice enough to give us pricing for a new unit or to fix the unit. No pressuring us into a new unit, her unit would cost over $20,000, with Edward Everything is itemized no guessing or giving me BS quotes. My A/C unit in my home is only around $ 10,000-$12,000 but it is nothing like her unit. I use to work for a service company 30 years ago and I would not even try to trouble shoot this unit it's so high tech. When someone like Edward comes around he is a gift from God because their are so many rip off artist's out there. Fair Pricing and Competent that is what you want! Thank you Edward! My family will be calling him for our heating and A/C problems for now on.
