It's a small local business and they are a trustworthy and reliable CBD source. Rawsome CBD oil has finally brought their products to perfection. I use the Essential oil for anxiety and sleepless nights. Their essential CBD oil is perfect for me, as it is calming and relaxing and lets me sleep without the grogginess in the morning. The patches work wonders for my lower back pain. The property that the shop is on is quite interesting as well. Especially in the spring, they bloom wildflowers every year! The grounds are littered with whimsical items which makes visiting the shop fun. They're in the back of the building now. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a visit!

People walking around shirtless, dripping sweat, stinking, in bare feet, only socks, crocs, and Teva sandles. Nasty. Old dilapidated and low quality dumbbells, only 2 old treadmills and a few of the manual treadmills, no fixed weight barbells, a bathroom falling apart with the toilet bowl cover hanging on by one hinge. No air conditioning. Hot and smelly. Humid atmosphere. Couldn't draw up a worse gym in my imagination. To me it's 1 star but I guess to cross fit cultists this is what they like. Only a few smoothie choices and no chicken wraps or anything in their nutrition bar or whatever it's called. If you know how to work out and don't need or want a trainer or group then this place is definitely not for you. They do an incredible job on marketing and must edit photos or take superb angles like a catfish on tinder. Almost thinking they pay influencers to hype this place up. Either way I'd prefer the most basic Planet Fitness or Crunch 100x over this. In fact I'd rather get chubby and not work out over having to work out in an environment like this again.

He was kind enough to meet me on New Years Day and recommended a CBD cream that worked wonders for my back!! Because of this, and the fact that they're slow AF, I get my cat's meds compounded at Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital in Kentucky unless it's an absolute emergency. I also received a recommendation for a supplement to help with mild appetite suppression and fat burn which I am indeed curious to try. On a side note - I didn't look through all the pharmacy items because I was short on time but BOY did they have a selection in there!
