I came 15 min earlier than what they told me. I am on anxiety. Meds and she would not refill them. I got to the office and she would not see me. She is a coward and does not care about all of her patients. The letter said she would see me forv30 days til I find a new dr. She did not. It is irresponsible to prescribe anxiety meds and then just nake a patient go cold turkey. I would not take my dog to see Cindy Hutson.

The ladies at the front desk when I first came in, were quick to give me instructions on how to sign in and where to go to find her room. One lady even walked with me to the elevator and to the room to be sure that I found it. An employee came in to help her use the restroom while I was there and he seemed nice as well. I walked with her down to dinner and there was a woman working in the eating area who also seemed very friendly and cheerful. It seems like the employees really have a love and passion for what they do here. My grandmother's room also seems very cozy and homey. Only reason I left a star off is because my grandpa has said that some of the cleaning staff (He believes) have stolen some of my grandmother's belongings, such as her phone charger and other personal items. For the price that residents and their families pay for care here, it's really sad that this slips through the cracks and doesn't get corrected.... My grandfather and mother have mentioned this to the staff and were told the cleaning staff is a separate organization from them and they can't do anything. Seems like a cop out answer to me because someone is paying this company and there are other companies in town, that may not steal they could use.... So, they could at least notify this company that this is happening..... That being said, I mostly feel very confident that she's being well cared for and is safe here and that it's a wonderful facility. I saw some of the other residents there and they seemed happy.

He let them bust on their own came to therapy 2 days later and notified them about them and they kinda just blew him off telling him sorry that happened to you. Here we are 3 days later and the blisters are infected mind you my husband is diabetic. Talk to Britt and was not impressed with his actions of caring all he said was yeah I been watching them and told me basically the Dr. and 2 nurses were lying the blisters weren't infected but was glad we got antibiotics funny huh Britt also stated he would remind his staff to be careful when putting tens unit on. I wouldn't recommend therapy HERE should of went to Qual Creek. Not impressed with Britt at all!!!
